TOPIC: Trying's Trip to Prague

So 12th of May........trip to Prague.....

Will be trying to go down eastender's route and aim for 20cc first round...

Current stats 6-6.5" EL, 5.0" EG.

Aim to get to 6.5" EG via 4 rounds of PMMA.

And get to 7" EL via Hanging ( Bib Hanger ) stillwantsmore I need your help lol!

Aesthetic are not an issue due to scaring from alloderm grafts over 10 years ago. It is never going to look pretty, so I might as well go for size.

I am 5.6" tall and weigh in at 140lbs...so will probably look huge on me.

Could you tell us a little more about your Alloderm experience? Who performed the surgery? What gains did you achieve. Did you have lengthening? What is your overall opinion on the surgery?

God it was over 10 years ago.....cannot remember the name of the Dr.... it was done in the UK.

I only had Girth enhancement.......

Back then I did not take measurements but the real strange thing is that about 2 years after. The base Girth caught up with the area that had the grafts but you could still feel the grafts there so they had not been absorbed! It was really strange and I could not explain it....?

I have scar tissue from a spot of my skin dying off. The Dr tried removing the skin and stitching the spot up, which did not work and I split my stitches twice with morning erections (not a nice thing to wake up to)

I was left in the care of a nurse for 2 weeks with an open wound......it healed in time and now I am left with a strange set of scars and pigment change.

from what ive seen on here and thundersplace. achieving what you want via PMMA/Hanging is very likely mate. esp the el gains. you'll get that just off newbie gains. just keep at it though.

i wore an extender from xl labs got half an Inch pretty quickly. it was too uncomfortable and was cutting blood off to my glans. so stopped and it went away.

as you'll be soon going to prague, i recommend (if your not already doing so) a bit of manual stretching, the newbie routine on thundersplace is pretty good. It prepared my little friend for PMMA nicely. i started 2 weeks before and it gives you a really good Flaccid hang. mine gained about 1.5-2 inches and a small bit of Girth. i figured it made for more PMMA application!

The necrotic skin doesn't look very nice at all, but that is hardly news to you. You should have laser therapy to remove the dark pigment and then when the whole area is white, have a medical tattoo to add some skin colour pigment. I'd imagine it will look a hell of a lot better.
There is a medical tattooist in London who is also a urological nurse and a laser clinic runs by nurses who used to work in the Urology department of St Peters hospital. So, in the UK we are very lucky in that we can have these kind of procedures without being embarrassed as we know they say male genitalia all a daily basis.

I am aiming for 6.5" but if after 4 it is more then so be it.....

No, not for scar reduction. You have a patch of dark skin, where you had Necrosis. That is surrounded by a ring of white skin where there is no pigment. Together they really stand out and it doesn't look very nice. A laser should be able to remove the dark pigment, or at least fade it. You could then have a medical tattoo to add some pigment to the ring of white skin to try and blend it in.
Btw, are you fully aware of all the risks with PMMA? 4 rounds of 30% concentration sounds like pure madness to me.

Yes I am aware.....but if you have anything you can add it would be helpful.....

Why is 4 rounds of PMMA @ 30% madness? If you knew how many lumps and bumps I already have...... a few more is not going to make much difference .
