TOPIC: Dr. Giunta MISL + FFT

Hey all,

Just wanted to share my experience so far.

Always had a "Grower" penis - while it would get to almost 5" (4.5 Girth) when hard, It was a baby-Dick when soft. Less than 1.5", turtled all the time.

Last year, I bought the Static Stretch system, and after lots of use, my Flaccid became a consistent 3", but no Erect gains.

I found a blog called My Penis Project, and there were honest before, after and most importantly "one year after" pictures. Seemed like an objective source. I took the plunge.

Surgery took about an hour. Pain was different than expected- it was dull pain, like a day after getting kicked in the nuts. My Balls seemed to be the only source of pain. The sensation in my Dick was just tightness, warmth, and slight soreness, but not any real pain. Bruising didn't show up untill day 3, and mostly at the liposuction area.

I have'nt taken the bandages off yet, but it finally looks like a man's Dick! HOORAY! It's now 4.8" Flaccid, thick, and during a surprise nighttime Erection, it was about 5.25" long (semi-Erect on pain meds). Until I get full wood I won't know about length, but the doc clearly warned to not expect ANY Erect length gain prior to stretching.

I was relieved to have met a patient at Giunta's office, and I shamelessly asked him for the full lowdown on his experience. He had'nt seen the doc for 2 years, and was still happy with his result. His FFT thinned out a bit over time, but it did so evenly, and didn't screw him up. His top-up was for Girth, not to fix a problem.

Soon i'll start wearing the Helping Hand stretcher at night. I'll post the doctor's pics when he emails them. At the surgery, he took a pic fully stretched immediately after cutting the ligs, and it was close to 7". He said this is representative of the possible Erect length after 4 months of stretching. We'll see how far it gets me...

On the way home from the doctor, I had the strangest experience - trying to hide the giant bandaged Dick from everybody in the airport! Hahaha. looks like a giant hardon in the bandages...

Summary - My Dick still works, and for the first time in my life, I can look at myself in the mirror naked without shame. That's why I did this. I'm comfortable in my own skin, and it was worth it. It's the best gift i've ever bought myself. I damn sure would'nt do this shit for a woman.

Got my second Erection just now. Thought you guys would be interested to know that one "complication" I can see already, is that the surgery seems to have made my Erection point more towards the left, than before the surgery.

It's not a curvature. The entire thing points off to the left a bit more than before. Pre-op my Dick pointed at 11:30 (12 being straight). Now it points at 11. The up&down Erection angle is the same as pre-op. I'm relieved that it's not floppy though. that was a real concern I'd had with ligament release.
It feels stable, just angled a bit.

It would be really useful if you could post photo's. We've got lotsof thread is which PMMA patients post photos on a nearly daily basis during the recovery basis. These have been very helpful for future patients. It would be great if we could have some of other methods though. Before and after photos are always good, but the most useful photos are those during the first few weeks of revovery, when the most significant changes take place. Also seeing as you've had the ligs cut, a measured Erect shot would be great as, never before on the internet have I ever seen measured before and after shots following lig cutting. There is still zero evidence that it actually works for Erect gains.

Ok. Will post pics Flaccid, and as close to Erect as possible in this damn bandage. I can't get a full wood with bandage on, as the pain stops the fun as soon as it starts. I can't take a bone-pressed measure either yet, due to the stitches. I have a 1 Inch fat pad, that's bruised purple from the op.

I didn't take Erect pics before the op, but will take one as soon as the bandage comes off, and again after 3 months and 6 months. Really wish I'd taken a pre-op Flaccid. It was infantile. And that was AFTER stretching, Jelqing, and a bit of Hanging.

In my opinion, even if Erect length never shows up, getting over 1.5" Flaccid and .5" Girth in an hour, is 100% worth $7k. Just thinking about the endless hours of stretching... carefully measured weights Hanging off me while at home... my time is worth more to me, than my money.

which model of Static Stretcher did you use?

2 more days, and the wraps come off and i'll take and post pics. in this big crazy bandage, there's no way to tell.

I bought the full static stretcher kit. I never used the medium, as it is NOT stealth. Even with baggy jeans, it looks like you have a jacobs ladder in your pants... So i just used the heavy at home, and the light duty to prevent retraction.

heavy duty felt lots of stretch, but after many long hours, my tight ligs would be sore, but no Erect gains.

the light duty is just a silicone wrap for turtle prevention. will come in handy, now that i've been snipped, but without surgery, it was useless.

how do you guys post pics? will image hosting sites like photobucket give me grief? i can't seem to post pics here from my phone.

Update:

The Bad:

- No immediate Erect length gain from surgery. possible slight loss.

- because of stitches and swollen fat pad, Erect length looks shorter.

- with the bandage off and swelling going down, the Girth is diminishing a bit. Only time will tell how much i keep.

- Erection now bends a bit to the left. this is my biggest concern. I'm hoping that stretching will help that a bit too.

I'll try not to sugarcoat my dissappointments.

The Good:

As long as my Flaccid doesn't return to its prior size, i'll still feel it was worth it. I truly didn't like my Dick at all before. i actually like the way i look naked for the first time in 30 years.

my Dick still works, and looks like a "natural" Flaccid Dick.

i can feel in my scrotum with my fingers - the pathway of the shaft is now straight, and i can feel the retraction that's holding in some length. when i massage that shaft and pull carefully on the head, i can feel that stretching + relaxing actually getting me length.

Freaking hell, i will never ever come to any conclustion towards any penis procedure.

FFT
There we have hoodle who had Free Fat Transplantation and it didnt work out.
Then we have this "MyPenisProject Guy" who could be fake, but he is saying its all good. 2hardon is so far happy aswell with FFT right ?

Lig Cutting.
I have read so many horror storys about the lig cut.
Then again there are some people, even on the forum who claim, lig cut is fine.




Why the hell havent you taken pre Flaccid pics. Ihave taken all my pics years ago. Flaccid and errected. And the Dr. didnt take pre Flaccid pics either ?
Did you get a number of cc, of the fat that was injected ?

You went form 4.5 hard to 5.3 soft?
That's a good gain if when hard it still grows more. Do it fell soft like after pumping? Also where is the doctor located.

Dr. Giunta's office is located in Alexandria, Virginia, less than a half hour away from the Nation's Capital.

Sorry for not updating sooner.

I'm still very happy with the procedure, in the Flaccid state. I used to always be turtled down to nothing, and hated myself. Now my natural state is 3" - 4", and getting longer by the month as I stretch.

In the Erect state, it seems so far like FFT does NOT work.

As others have stated, FFT with stem cells seems to keep my Flaccid from shrinking to badly while Flaccid, but in the Erect state, the FFT gain is down to maybe 20% of what it was.

The loss of FFT was very slow, taking 6 months to look almost like my previous "normal".

I talked to a previous patient, who said the first 2 FFT fills mostly disappeared, but 3rd top up was 3 years and going well.

The top ups are only the cost of anaesthesia fee, so I will certainly try.

I'll keep PMMA on my radar, but Necrosis scares the shit outta me...

On a positive note, the procedure got me to stretch and hang faithfully, and it's slowly working. Good to know it works.
