Who hasn't updated their info on the Patient Directory?

I noticed that some of you have recently updated the Patient Directory found here: phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=5399960 but I know many of you have not. Even if you have a progress report already, it will be really helpful to fill out the info in the above link anyways.
It will be extremely resourceful in the future.

Oh I'm not worried about the updates, at least those can be tracked via Progress Report...it's just the basic info (like the first entry) that's needed to make sorting through this sub-forum a tad easier for newer members. Got tons of PR's here without a Directory Entry.
It only takes a few minutes gentlemen, it would be greatly appreciated
