TOPIC: EYC Progress report

Hey All,

So just to summarize I started reading these boards back in March and had my first procedure in April. I've had 2 so far and will be going in for my third and final Girth gain Thursday with a possible touch up after the third has set.

My initial size Erect: 7inch length 4 tip 4.5 mid 5 base

After 2 procedures I'm at 5 tip 5.5 mid 6 base.

The first procedure was about a 3/4" gain but had a bit of gaps. The second was mostly touchup to fill in the gaps and had a gain of about 1/4"

My goal is to get around 6" mid.


Currently things are great. There's a little bit of a ridge along the underside of the base. I think it's because I retract about 2 1/2" when flacid. I can be uncomfortable after sex due to the condom or if the girl is tight. I hope to have it rounded out after the third treatment and if not then I'll go the chemical route to have it smoothed down.

So just got back from TJ. What a complete shit show this adventure was.

Was told to come in early and ended up waiting an hour. ( Not that bad I grabbed a bite )

Forgot my passport so was in the really really really LONG line to get back into the states.

Completely forgot I had to have my rental car back by 8 and was off by 30 minutes so got a hefty late charged.

Bought 30 Brand Cialis for $270 only to find out when I got home they were actually generic with the Brand stamp on them.... This was the pharmacy at the board crossing folks so beware.



Ok on the up side. My goal was to get 6" Girth as you know from 5.5". So I spoke to Wade and Dr C about it and was advised that I was already probably maxed out if I wanted to maintain look. If I didn't care about look and wanted a beer can they'd fill me up.

I went with the route that provided the best look so they started with just touching up and then kept going. By the time they were done I was at 6" mid 7" base and it looks good. Slightly tapered. So this dear friends is where I leave PMMA for a while.


When I say a while it's due to the fact that Dr. C is now recommending 2 sessions back to back and then come back in 6 months for a touchup if needed. Apparently the finally look really takes a few months to set in. We'll see how it goes. They injected me with that stuff that reverses PMMA to treat a Nodule. This has created a little irregularity on the tip. Not bad but something I will probably have touched up a finally session.

When you say back to back sessions, how long in between? six weeks or less?

Ya I shoulda known better EP. I was in a rush to get back across the border. I had an actual pill and compaired and saw the ones he was selling weren't stamped right.... Tried one last night and it definately doesn't work as well... *sigh*

I can see the use in both but I still got hosed on price

great to hear the op went well (at least!) better having bad luck to and from surgery than the other way around! I echo ep how much did they use and what concentration?

I don't remember what the concentration or amount was. Forgot to ask. But I do know they don't use 20% anymore just 10%

Were they adamant about 10% now or it was a matter of preference on their part? That's because I am looking for sheer Girth on my follow-up and hope to resume 20% (like from my first appointment).

How will this 10% business affect the procedure? Will us guys who haven't gotten the procedure yet get as much Girth from a procedure? Thanks for the insight.

I have spoken with Wade on this as I too had concerns about meeting my goals. What he told me was that patients receive 10% concentration on round one. He stated that @ 10%, patients are still gaining the average 3/4" but with less irregularities and are achieving a more even contour. Subsequent procedures use increased concentrations of PMMA (still benefiting from the initial procedure being at 10%) while adding significant size. Dr. C still prefers to do two procedures but will "fill you up" as stated by EYC if it is your adamant request. I hope this information is of benefit to all concerned.

I can confirm what M7 said, This is what they told me too! I received 19cc 10% and then1cc 30 % at the very base. They told me that would be ideal for a first round if you want to avoid any irregularities. They are then happier to use some 20% for the second round as the material is more predictable when layered on existing PMMA.

I expect the same volume added still with the majority at 10% and then the rest 20%. I will report back on this straight after (next Monday).

@ M7 I wouldn't worry mate especially if you are doing two or three stages.

Wade is a super nice guy and I spoke with him at length regarding expectations, aesthetics and PMMA dosing per session. As others have stated and may I echo Sizemic's case; PMMA is still evolving. Dr. Casavantes is on a constant quest to refine his methods and technique as to achieve optimal results and on a per patient level. I get good "vibes" about RN Wade and his counterpart, the now infamous Dr. C.

@ JABM. Definitely two or three sessions for me. Im hoping for no more than two but will do a third if size or aesthetics dictate.
