I say go for option 1.5... If you get too big, you will hurt some women in a bad way. I think 6.25" guarantees you will be the biggest they've ever seen. 6.5" and you will narrow your market of women. I say go for another round but do more than a touch up at 20%. Maybe say... 18cc's. You'll be huge and still have good symmetry and not be too large to be "out of luck" with many girls. Just my 2'.

Thanks for your feedback guys. Don't forget my round 3 was only 12ccs at 5 and 10 percent. So not a big session by any means.

I still sit at 5.75" most of the time, with thick days being around 5.875". Even a full out 20 percent session would likely only yeild around 6.5". So I am not that concerned about being too big. Though it is true that even now some of the younger girls have troubles getting it in and lasting very long. I think. 6.25" to 6.5" would be a similar story with more than 6.5" being too much.

I didn't even think about option 1.5 Miracle! Lol. But, yea I agree with Miracle on this one. Like I mentioned, at 6.5'' Girth you might simply not "fit" in some girls. Ego boost or not, I imagine that wouldn't be something you want.

If and when the day comes that you marry and have children, then I'd say go for option 5. LOL My wife still swallows my 6.125" without a hitch. If I were unmarried, I'd stop at 6.25" .... Period. More than that and you could be disappointed by ruling out sex with a number of hotties. Just my 3'.

Hmmm well I have pumped it to 6.5" + with two separate girls now and it wasn't a problem for them (was 6.75" for one of them ). I am sure there could be the odd one which it might not work well with. But when both parties are drunk... I think it would be more of a turn on for them to try.

It helps that the head / upper shaft is a good amount less Girth. You can kind of ease it in with short strokes at first adding a bit more length each time.

I am 99.2% sure that a 20% session would likely only get me in the 6.25" to the 6.375" range. I doubt I would surpase 6.5". That would be a 0.75"+ gain. Even in the old days of PMMA I don't think people were gaining that much on their 2nd rounds.

I will choose the 20%, by this conc. then I will definitely get the 0.5"gain and not less.

You had 22cc (20%) then 17cc (10%) then 12cc (10%) in each procedure. Gains were 0.9" to 0.3" to 0.2". So you supposed to get EG 5.9" after these 3 rounds. Lets say for an example the lost in Girth you have now(which is 0.15") is from the 0.9"(20%) so your gain from the 10% (total of 29cc) is only 0.5" (you needed big volume of 10% to get only 0.5") and I don't imagine that Dr.C. will inject this big volume in the 4th round.
I might be wrong, but for that reason I will go definitely for the 20% .

I definitely agree 100% smartman. I am pretty set at 20%. I don't want to go for a 4th round and gain practically nothing again. I will definitely advocate for the 20%.

In an email Wade said that upon inspection Dr. C will consider the 20%. I think as long as I am clear with what I want with them. They should do it for me. I am not shooting for a huge over fill or anything like that. I will explain my goals, my concern with not gaining much with the 10% and be very clear that I want a 0.5"+ result.

With all of this in mind I am sure they will be ok with it. They will likely warn me about it not looking right aesthetically (Wade used the term pig-in-a-blanket last time). Due to the smaller glans and thicker shaft.

I don't want a huge huge base either, so if they suggest a cone shape or something I will likely turn that down. I want to be 6.25" or more mid-shaft. a 7" base doesn't really excite me.

I am sure I will converse with them more leading up to the procedure.

Man I don't think you have to worry about the "pig-in-a-blanket" look. What you have right now looks really natural and proportional. I don't really think adding a little more would through off the aesthetics. You have the same goal as me. I think a solid 6.25-6.35 mid-shaft Girth would be perfect. And like you, the idea of a 7" base Girth doesn't excite me either. I would rather be fairly symetrical the entire length, with a slight transition towards the glans. I think you got the right idea.

I think a moderate amount 17-19 cc of 20 % will get you there and it wont be overfill!

Lol that's exactly what I told Sizemic in a p.m. around two days ago 20% with nearly the same volume as you have mentioned.

I also agree. I don't want to go below 15cc for sure. I am thinking in the 16 - 19cc range.

sizemic- You've mentioned pumping throughout your threads. Do you pump often (daily)? Is it just prior to sex, or do you pump to maintain Flaccid size? I was a 'pumper' in the morning (shower/shave/pump 12-15 minutes every day). I actually was hoping to alleviate that 'chore' with the PMMA injections. I'm actually close to pumped Flaccid, with the exception of the glans and firmness. Do you have any concerns about pumping with PMMA? I've admittedly been afraid to try, as I'm approaching 3 weeks post procedure (1).

There are a few reasons why I don't like pumping with PMMA. I will explain in a few hours when I am done work.
