Very cool thread. I actually read every post. I cannot help but be skeptical as to what your result will be....a year or longer from now. Will you need another procedure to fix something else? Do all men seem to need more than one treatment with PMMA? If I'm understanding this procedure correctly, it is done under the skin correct? Not within the skin? I'm also wondering if after this procedure is "healed", does the skin+PMMA move around back and forth over your glans like some foreign body when you are Erect? In other words, is it like having a "tube" on your penis which will move back and forth when masturbating or having sex, or does the skin+PMMA stay put?
Does the skin feel "thicker" now? I feel like I have a pretty intimate relationship with my penis and know it like the back of my hand. I'm wondering, if I would realize by feeling that I had "something done" or does it feel natural? It would seem to me like if this PMMA stuff is in the skin, that it would not feel like a natural part of the penis. Unless there's some sort of "bond" that forms making the penis feel like a solid unit. I'm trying to completely understand what happens with this process I guess. Is there a distinct feeling of skin, then a layer of the PMMA, then the Erect penis underneath?

Hey stillwantmore. Its hard to explain. I suspect if you overfill the material would roll over the glans as seen in the "Big Fred" thread in the general section of this site.

I am not exactly an expert on PMMA but I know it goes under the fascia of the skin. Perhaps it goes in between the layers? What I do know is that it is NOT a free floating implant, although Dr. C's office does refer to it as an implant. It can't migrate. It is pretty much part of the skin. So if I were to describe what it feels like, I would say that it feels like my skin is a lot thicker and more dense then before. It doesn't act exactly like skin as it is slightly firmer while Flaccid (not allowing as much retraction) and it gets quite hard while Erect (which is quite nice).

It does not at all feel like a foreign body though. I have been with 15+ girls since getting PMMA done and not a single one has noticed anything out of the ordinary.

So to answer your question, the skin is thicker and stays more put than normal, but it does indeed move with the skin a slight amount, it feels quite natural. Overfilling can result in it having the ability to roll over the glans, personally I would find it quite impossible to roll it over the glans as it is right now.

Not everyone needs more than 1 procedure. It depends on your goals. They usually recommend a second touch up procedure (just some PMMA here and there) after your first only if there are irregularities in the way it settles. I opted for 3 because I wanted to reach 6" Girth midshaft and just to fix a few minor aesthetic issues.

smartman who posted above you has had PMMA now for 3+ years now if I remember correctly. So he can likely attest as to how it will settle out and if changes occur later on after a year.

Also I talked to RN Wade about pumping after the procedure just in regard to the worry of migration and the worries I had about it degrading the PMMA or something, and here was his answer:

"Once the final growth of collagen has developed, around six weeks, your skin will act as normal. The reason is that PMMA is only the vehicle to stimulate collagen formation. Once this has been achieved, the microscopic PMMA particles are surrounded by the collagen, and migration is not possible."

Here is what he had to say in regards to my suggestion of light Jelqing and massaging after the procedure:

"If a patient is able to tolerate the discomfort of Jelqing, it will help tremendously in the product forming more smoothly in the first three days following the treatment. Massaging after the third day may or may not help, I do not have the statistics. From what I have learned is that after the third day it is not possible to move the product. However additional manipulation of the area after day three may help with collagen formation and irregularities. It seems to have helped in your case, and I may start recommending that patients be a bit more aggressive in their efforts, as well as massaging for up to five days."

Definitely ask away if you have any more questions... I am tempted to make a video to show exactly how this stuff acts.

Cool. Thanks for the feedback. I like to keep an open mind to this sort of stuff. I have had good results so far without any sort of "surgery"...although this is not really surgery in my opinion. It is fun to wonder where PMMA might take me if I were to decide to do it one day. I am currently a little over 6" shaft Girth having permanently gained a little over an Inch in Girth over the years with PE. Hmm.

That's awesome man! I tried manual PE for well over 5 years with no luck in the Girth department, but all is well now! haha. I'd definitely be happy if I were you though... Why risk anything if you are already that big? Clearly what you are doing is working. And from the responses I have been getting... 6" Girth is very very large.

I guess it depends on where you live? LOL I've been anywhere from 5" to 7.25" (temporarily from post workout pumps) and with different women over the years and ...I've only been called "massive" when over 6" in Girth. I've always gone by my actual shaft Girth too and not "base" Girth like many men on the internet seem to. Why is that anyway?? "Base" does not get used and is often also composed of loose skin such as scrotal/turkey neck skin and abdominal skin. LOL

My eventual goal is around 7" in Girth. I've been there multiple times, again it was temporary and found 6.5"-7" in shaft Girth was some of the best sex I've ever had...and best sex they ever had as well.

Did you do circumcission as an adult sizemic? I am uncut and I really need to do that before I concider PMMA. I don't think you can get a naturally looking unit without being cut first. Also I got a lot of webbing to fix (PE caused that ), but I don't know if I should do that before or after PMMA, what do you think?

In meanwhile I think I'll try to reach 8"+ in BPEL, it would be just awesome to get that porn Dick at last

Hey TenInch, I was circumsized as a baby, but I think that all my years of PE and pumping gave me a bit extra skin. As for the webbing... I would probably do it after... just because I found my turkey neck diminished somewhat after my procedures.

@TenInchGoal Why isn't it possible for an uncircumsized person to get an aesthetically pleasing result from PMMA? What's the issue?

me too. my turkey neck definitely diminished after PMMA. i think after round 2 it will be much better.

Because the PMMA will go throughout the whole skin which will cover your head and that looks unnatural. Also the glans will look really dwarfed.

did you get this info from the doctor or are you just assuming this teninch? I thought the PMMA is under the skin completely. ANyone have any clarification on this?

In the pictures I've seen of Sizemic's results there is an increase in width even after the circ scar (but tailing off towards the glans), which surely must mean that the PMMA goes under the skin.

Its hard to explain... it becomes more part of the skin. Yes it is under it, but in reality it seems to thicken the skin. The reason for the nice taper is because he used less product and lower concentration there... I have yet to see a good result in an uncircumsized patient... email Dr. C and ask to see pictures of uncircumsized patients... it definitely changes the consistency of the skin...

Hmm. I wonder if that could be prevented. Perhaps two ring shaped objects of slightly different diameters could be placed on the penis, the smaller one under the Foreskin and the other above. These rings would restrict any changes in the thickness of Foreskin and could be removed once the material had settled.
