Penis stretcher device recommended by Avanti Derma

I had a PMMA procedure done about 3 years ago and they recommended a silicone device that you squeeze to drive out the air and then fit over your glans. You would than clip on a belt or weight to stretch the penis.

I'm trying to remember the name of it as I've lost my device and need to get another one.

If it was 3 years ago, it's quite possible they've changed the device type or brand altogether - I would reach out to them directly to see what their current recommendation is today.

I remember now. It was the ESL40.

Unfortunately, their website seems not to be able to take orders.
