Looking to order a pump...

I am looking to order a pump today, looking at some of the sites people have recommended there are so many options and different attachments. Can anyone just please provide a list of what I would need, just the whole setup they're currently using. I don't want a bathmate because I don't want to pump in the shower.

Check out reviews on PEGym.com would be my recommendation. Or Thundersplace. Both sites have experiences and reviews much like we do regarding Phalloplasty.

I liked the Leluv cylinder you can get on ebay. Pair it with their pump and hose or just get a brake bleeder pump and hose and use that. I own 3 cylinders now and they are all good quality for the price.

@Noxcuse just looking at the different cylinders and reading comments people are saying to measure your penis and order the size above what they recommend. Since you've used it before what size cylinder would you order if you were 6" girth?

Base Girth Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* 2.75

I'd get the 2.25. They sell a 2.125 as well which could work but you'd likely max it out if you gain any more Girth.

Yes, I've seen 1/2" normally pumping 3 sessions of 7 minutes at 5 hg. With a Cock ring, ill get close to 3/4!

Yes that kit is perfect. The latex donut sealer is pointless. While it makes it more comfortable, it squeezes the base and definitely gives weird shape to your penis when you take it out. I tried it a few times and then tossed it.

The 1/2 stays maybe 30 minutes but it will remain plump for 12 hours at least.

I haven't noticed it really. The only thing that seems to affect my EQ is alcohol :-)

I use a pump from ZenHanger.com I really think it's an AMAZING pump. It has a digital readout. the base is VERY comfortable and you can forget any accidental scrotal incidentents because the base (pat. pending - so they say) is this very comfy gel thing. There's also a clock on the digi readout which is very handy. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I also use a LeLuv with a 2.25" cylinder. It's basic, cheap, well made, and does the job. I don't think you need anything more sophisticated. Keep it simple.

One thing that I do to make it seal is I wet the opening a little and place my Cock in so that it runs along the top rather than bottom. This seals in the air better and creates a good vacuum. Otherwise you have to continuously be pumping, which is kind of annoying.
