I would say buy a pump and buy a cheap extender. You can buy both these things on eBay or amazon.

im in a location where its difficult to do these things..can these methods add more than an Inch?

I am posting here because i am fairly new to this forum, but have been reading the boards on and off for a few months. In the interest of all the members who read and post on these boards, i want to share with everyone some criticism of the Phalloboards themselves that i have come across.
