Our sizes are very similar. I'm now at 6" NPBEL and 6" MSEG after Round 1. I lost a 0.25" in length but gained 0.5" in Girth. Happy so far with the results.

Glad to hear you fellas are happy. The length will return with time and stretching. A hydro pump helps to stretch the skin. PMMA does not shorten ligaments. You're simply thicker than before and the skin hasn't adapted yet.

I found that if a girl is really into you and if you are gentle with your big tool, they will love it and ask for more. Extra lub may be needed if you go on for a long time. If a woman is stressed, scared, not interested and so on then she is more likely to dry up and ruin the experience.

Is this a new problem? more info is needed to try and figure this out...

I was thinking before procedure but that didn't make sense in some posts. So then I was thinking before pumping and that made some sense too but not at some times.pressed to the public bone makes sense that way the measurement is constantly the same as the fat pad changes.
Just did a quick Google search bone pressed and non BP is the correct... actually there was a business professions blah blah that didn't apply here

buttercups: You lost length and it hasn't come back? Damn. I did too. I started using the ESL-40 to pull it back. I just finished my first round 16 days ago. I'm happy with the result. Gained 0.5" in Girth. But the length does bother me. Have you worn an extender? If so how many hours a day, etc. Thanks in advance for your response.

The problem started after I got the enhancement.

Sometimes I'm not sure if it is because the aesthetics or if it just because any big guy will eventually run into this problem with a long term relationship (with her).

Ive tried being very gentle, but it is hard to get laid by my wife!

I guess it is gone. Does not bother me at all though. The 1" Girth is way better imho.

I actually don't think length between 6 and 8 makes much difference. But the difference between 5" and 6" Girth is the difference between "your Cock is nice" and "oh gawd."
