I know this is an uncommon problem. Curious if any of you suffer from and/or have found a solution. FWIW, I believe wholeheartedly that this is a physical problem and not a mental/emotional one.

I'm no MD, but out of curiosity, are you on any medications that have delayed-ejaculation as a known (regardless of how rare) side-effect (e.g. SSRI's)?
