Hi gentlemen
Just wondering if anybody's used a pump targeting only the glans of the penis. If so, I was wondering what your short term and long term results have been. Any recommendations for pump types? Thanks in advance

I would love to know this as well. I have looked for something like this but haven't found anything

I personally didn't see any long term results. I believe the effect is just like pumping it lasts for a while and then goes back to normal.

If you ever hear about a surgeon doing great glanular enhancement please let me know, that is an area I really need work in.

It seems glanular enhancement is rarely done and there are very few people who know which surgeon performs the operation at a highy skilled level.

I dont know of anyone using a pump to enhance the galns, but there are Surgeons who use dermal fillers to give a temporary incease. Its the same stuff that is used to fill in wrinkles. The upside is that you dont have to have surgery, but the downside is that you need to have it topped up to keep the size

I bought a glans pump a couple of years ago, but it turned out too long because their website didn't make it very clear how to measure or what the lengths corresponded to. It actually turned out to be the straight length and not the total length, so my unit won't reach the glans area of the pump: no good! I only tried it once and it just hurt like heck, so I didn't persevere.

BTW Messageman, you're a good bit longer than my meager 5", so if you're interested send me a PM.

I think we'll have a better chance once some new fillers being experimented in South Korea become fully tested and available nearby.

That is freaking awesome news!!!! Any clue if it would be with PMMA or temporary filler? That is so cool!

To my knowledge, he will be traveling to Korea to study the most current methods. I do not know when it will be offered, only that it is of keen interest to him and something he'd like to offer his patients. My glans is already large so I am not considering it. As with PMMA, I expect everyone considering such a procedure to research, research, research!

Im very excited about this. Im really hoping he can come up with a solution. My glans are super small.

Wait for more positive results are made public. I've had two separate procedures by two different doctors and neither was successful.

If only someone would post results from Dr. Cho's work. ;.; That, or pay my way into being the guinea pig.

Any update on dr c offering permanent head enhancement?

Dr Colin Moore of Australia offers Aquamid but at $10k for 10ccs plus hospital and anaeth.. It is a rip off as it only lasts about 5 years.....
