LOL....yes, mine hang lower but they look empty. Age plays with ya!...... LOL....

Any advice of what stretchers work? I want to increase the skin and size of my sack without cutting off circulation. I imagine the cremaster/spermatic cords will stretch out along with it. Looking for a little lower hang, if possible.

Secretleather.com has ball stretcher and weights in leather and steel. I plan to order from them myself. I would also like the boys to hang lower.
