This has very little to do with Dr N. It is just how it is unless you are circumsised. There is a reason Dr C recommends circumsision. This is something you either need to accept having a procedure or you must have a circumsision before having PMMA.

To put a dollop of PMMA half way down his shaft in a clump like that is incompetent.

It is absolutely Dr N.

About 0.5 Inch (1cm). Mostly midshaft since Dr N did not put it at the base. Will try to have some photos up, but must fine the time. Also can not have my girlfriend seeing I am taking photos of my penis. Would need some kind of explanation so will need to do it without she around. Try to do it before next week. There is an example here from Dr Casavantes mine is far from that bad, but it give you an indication why a circumsision might be a good idea. This is one of the reasons I am not sure I will go for more rounds. Would prefer to keep my Foreskin if I can.

I understand the issues with having it done but I'm also aware that a lot of people have had it done and yet we have very little photographic evidence of the effect or the look.

I have had just one round 15cc 10%. Looks fine except when I force the Foreskin completely back. Then a large lump is visible on the left hand side. Had sex with 3 girls with it in and no comments since my Foreskin do not retract that much naturally in the Erect state. Seen my current gf for 8 months and not one comment. She has felt the area, but never asked. If she do I will tell it is a fat lump, but she has no idea I have done anything.

I think mine pretty much clumped mid to right side too, really shows when you pull the skin back (also Dr N). Can you have circumcisicion after the 1st round of PMMA in order to ensure better results for the next ones?

Or is there a risk that the PMMA will "drip out" where the Circumcision is made? Has anyone actually had circumsicion after having PMMA?

Over 18 months out from 1 round of 15cc at 30% PMMA.

For me does not feel natural. Feels like it clumped in a hard spot under skin. This can even be pulled away from rest of shaft. I think my body may have rejected PMMAbecause I hear other guys say it feels like thier natural Dick feels which for me it does not. This hard spot of PMMA causes the forskin to lump up when it is pulled back. As now known there is far more aesthetic problems with uncut guys.

What was the size increase after that amount of 10% and do you think you could take more? Also would you be willing to share pics?

The general consensus among the enlargement doctors I know recommend Circumcision before significant enlargement. When Flaccid and the skin is not retracted the penis looks very good and natural. But pulling the skin back results in a large unsightly bulge at the base of the penis.

Yes people have noticed. More from touch than sight. One said is that tumour and I should get it checked out with a doctor with a worried face, which as you can imagine is a mood killer.

Yes I nearly always get comments about the size. I thought this would be an enhancement and got a lot of warning not to this from experienced members but did not listen. But there are other guys on here who naturally were above average too and say they would do it again in a flash as they are very happy with how it turned out.

I think Dr C way of using more injection sites works better for making it uniform compared with Dr N one site injection. I have a feeling the first night I fell asleep on my side and this could have also lead to it being more on my right side.

My Dick still functions perfectly and the procedure had the unexpected result of adding Flaccid length which I love. Would say from just 1 round I added 0.5inch in Flaccid length. I believe the PMMA limits penis retraction which was a real unexpected bonus so not all bad.

This issue for uncut guys is really one of the most overlooked, wish we could get more data.
