I think the consensus is that fat transfer for PE do not have very good outcomes i.e. fat reabsorbing, lumps and hard nodules.
The whole stem cell injections for PE is at best not optimized and there is associated unforeseen risks i.e. cancer potentially.
AMLI seems to combine both to a degree and can injected for all kinds of procedures.
