TOPIC: Tms/ens device same effect as gainswave?

I was wondering if tms/ems devices produce the same effect as a gainswave? Or any positive benefits?

Also is using the device bad for penis in long run? Pretty pleasurable but not sure if electrostimulation is bad or not .
