Why I'd pass on this...

1. Invasiveness
Each incision required in the surgery passes right over an essential component of the penis. The incisions literally have to be perfect, in both spatial placement and depth, in order to pull off this procedure. Meaning, if he's off left or right, you're in trouble, and if he goes too deep, you're in trouble. The scalpel skills required by the doctor have to be at the highest level.

2. Excessive scarring
What the doctor doesn't mention is that each one of those cuts will leave some manner of scarring within the penis. External scarring is bad enough, but internal scarring is not only very uncomfortable, it can also create additional complications, such as inflammation, pain, nerve issues, etc. I know this first-hand, as I had a gallbladder surgery with complications, which I feel everyday since I had it 10 years ago.

3. Prosthesis required
The doctor mentions inserting, and leaving in, multiple prosthesis parts. These elements would be rubbing directly against essential parts of the penis. You're essentially guaranteeing internal friction, inflammation and injury. Think Elist procedure.

Verdict: No thanks.

I agree with the others here. While many of us are dying for a workable lengthening procedure, this has a very poor ration of probable risks versus potential gains. I will wait longer. If you wish to know my conclusion - as my GF wishes I were twice as long, her ideal length being quite extended. You need to double up on speed to give a similar thrust.Hunk Chunk

HW: forget this procedure. it's like elist 2.0. it looks so perilous! and that's just the procedure itself. afterwards, with it inside you, you would need some degree of good fortune i would think for everything to remain ok.

I'm no surgeon but this procedure looks extremely invasive and high risk. The doctor shown in the video makes it sound like it's a very easy and safe procedure. It clearly requires precise surgical skills, which is far from reality in the real world. If the fact is that far less complicated procedures are botched every day, just imagine how easy it would be to botch something so incredibly intricate like this.

Let's assume it is possible. Would you really want to go through a surgery this invasive and risky for a possible .5" more in length?

My goal is to have a longer penis. But after many years of PE I can make a conclusion: PE doesn't work well and it doesn't work for everyone who has tried it. Of course this surgery is invasive so it should performs only by top quality surgeons. I've read in some of articles that this type of surgery can be used for real penile lengthening, not for only restoration of original length after PD, but also for additional lengthening for approx. 0.5-1"So I'm still interested is this possible to perform this or similar surgery after you have PMMA in your penis?
