few things depending if scar is keloid formed, but silicon wrap (meant for scars) and you can wrap for long period of time, it will slowly go away in few months and if you wanting to faster to get steroid shot from Dermatologist

I recently came across a cosmetic Urologist in Toronto, whose site mentions a procedure that increases perception of a longer penis by trimming the extra scrotal web in males where it attaches quite far up the penile shaft.

The image explains it well.



Does anyone have undergone this procedure.
The other concern is that I might opt for scrotal enhancement and loss of this extra skin, will that be a limiting factor then.


My search was for someone to perform a Circumcision before I can plan round 2 of PMMA or another filler.

Would love to hear what experienced members have to say.

Yeah, that's scrotoplasty or "turkey neck" surgery. I would love to have it done.

Why it's necessary? I remember a few European guys who were visiting Dr.N for like 4 or 5 times, gained a lot and wasn't Circumcised.
