I've read that Morganstern offers "perminant" gains, and that's why I rather go with him. Obviously I don't know if I can believe his claims, but it has me interested considering the procedure with Dr. Giunta is temporary

I know that my size is a "fine" , but this is something that has bothered me since I was 15. I've been through experiences that have made me insecure of my size. Maybe I won't go so large, but realistically I'd be happy with 6.5 base and 6 midshaft. Would this be achievable with one or more FFT? I have a extremely fast metabolism, so I've been eating as many carbs as possible so that I have fat to work with. 7 maybe a little extreme, I just know I'm not happy where I am currently.

They are both just fat transfers.

Surgeons have been making wild claims about treating the fat to ensure it's permanency for years. If they really could do that, the cosmetic filler industry wouldn't exist.

Doesn't Giunta claim his procedure is permanent?

Why not go back to Giunta? Doesn't he offer free or very cheap top ups?

I did gain about .3 inches mid shaft, no gains under the glans. My Erect length, I forgot to mention has actually reduced about a half Inch because I wasn't stretching as much as I should have, because it was very uncomfortable. It I did invest in the phalloson forte and have been stretching consecutively to hopefully gain some Erect length back.

NalhmSayin, you may think having a super thick Cock (anything over 6" meets that criteria) is cool but you'll regret it with the quickness when you find out that few girls will accommodate you. Helllo guys! I'm 22 y/o and I had FFT and a ligament release with Dr giunta back in December. A lot of rebsorption occurred but was actually able to keep about Inch at the base. I'm going to travel to Dr. Morganstern in the next two weeks, I've read that he is able to prevent reobsorption? I find it to good to be true, but another reason I'm going with him is too enlarge my glans as well. My goal is too gain at a half Inch in Girth or more, I'm trying to be as realistic as possible. What do you guys think?

That's normal for Erect length and the phallosan should fix that.

0.3 is a decent gain. It looks natural.

If you want to continue with fat transfer, I'd go back and get the same again. Slow and steady wins the race with these things.

But in all honesty I don't think you need to be bigger. It looks big now. You definitely don't want to be 7", especially at your age. How many young chicks are going to prefer 7" Girth over 6"? Maybe 1 in 20 I'd guess.

What is your current Girth?

You are already above average. I really wouldn't go much bigger if I were you. Ideally stay as you are.

But at 22 years old, don't even consider trying for a 7" Girth. Maybe if being big really turns you on and you are an older guy dealing with Milfs, who have had a few kids, then guys can consider freaky big sizes. But you are a young guy in his peak years. You've got another decade or even two left to hook up with younger girls. A huge Girth isn't ideal for that in my opinion. It's a niche thing. A guy such as yourself should stay under 6" imo.

The first thing I'll say as someone who has plenty of experience and have made more than my fair share of bad decisions, is don't allow your desire to cloud your judgement. Sometimes we want something so bad that we sub consciously allow ourselves to not focus on obvious red flags.

Think about, if a Dr really had a method for ensuring the permanency of fat, wouldn't he have the largest cosmetic surgery facility in the word and a waiting list of women a year long to have their butts made bigger, their lips filled, their cheeks enhanced and their boobs done. He'd have 10 trained surgeons working for him around the clock. He'd be the most famous plastic surgeon in the world. He'd also relocate to Beverly Hills.

But Dr Morganstern is running a Urology clinic in Atlanta! Something doesn't add up. He's been doing it for years, yet I don't think I've ever come across one of his patients.

I'm not saying he wont have success at times. All Dr's offering fat transfer do. Effectively it's all the same thing. I've read so many claims of improvements in how fat is treated over the years, but in all honesty, the biggest advancement I've seen is that now most clinics don't overfill and some offer free or significantly reduced priced top ups. Those 2 things alone make things much better than they used to be.

With any type of filler based PE procedure, you need to treat it as several stage process, regardless of what the surgeon tells you. Some people get lucky and have a great result in one round, but for most that wont be the case. That's why reduced fee top ups are a good step forward for fat transfer procedures. It's why I think you are better off going back to Giunta. You made some gains after your first round and I suspect you'll do the same after a second round. You may even need a third round. But I promise you, no Dr has perfected fat transfer, no matter what he claims.

I just checked Giunta's price list and a second round costs $1650. I think Morganstern charges closer to $10,000.

Your first round result looks good. Did you gain anything other than the 1" at the base?

You can't predict how much fat will realistically take. I've seen guys who saw all their gains absorb and some gain over an Inch in one round.

But you don't want to go too big as it's fat. If you put too much in it wont feel firm enough.
