What do you guys think about pumping when you have silicone (microdoplets or scrotum/corona) done? Is it safe? Or the negative pressure will do something bad to the silicone? More chance for migration?
By the way, not talking about agressive pumping. Just 20-30 min a day, just to get the extra length/ engorgement and EQ.
