No offense leanninja, but your expectations are both ridiculous and unrealistic...with such expectations (and with a perfectly normal penis), you're better off dismissing any idea of getting anything done to your penis (imo). A true 10x7 is so exceedingly rare that I'm positive even the allegedly measured penises on the web aren't without deception (angles, point at which measurement is taken, etc).

Again, no doctor is going to be able to provide you that increase.
If you want to increase your length, get a stretcher and put in some time. But you probably still will not get a 4" or even 2" increase in Erect length.

haha thank you, no offense taken. i thought it was possible because of elist website. but after reading so many stories on here i dont want to go to him lol. but i would like to increase my Girth.

Man, you really need to do your research. It sounds like you are just shooting at whatever moves. My suggestion to you is not to do anything. Not until you know what's what.
I mean, you do know that in order to have the implant with Elist you would have to get Circumcised, right? My hunch is that you either didn't know that or didn't think about it, given your other posts. There is plenty of time to get something done. But wait and in the mean time, get a realistic expectation on what is possible. Otherwise, you are going to be very disappointed with whatever route you choose.
