Jelqing confuses me because my Dick is smaller at the base (4) and tapers up (4.5 Margaret) and then my head is nice and thick (5.25) It's almost 5.5 if I wear a Cock ring. If I jelq won't this just exacerbate that look? Should I reverse jelq? This shit is so confusing. I think it'd be much easier to just get some filler or fat pumped into my Cock and call it a day lol but that's not so simple either ...

Also I'm def a Grower so not sure if that matters.

Google and yelp - like I said though they're all on the other areas of his practice (not PE related). He's clearly a good doc but not sure that translates to good results with PE - especially being that it seems he do new to this. My concern is that the filler is proprietary, but is supposedly a HA filler.

Does anyone have any feedback on the feel of HA post op? I don't want it to be "squishy" . Also, how likely is it to be uniform? Truly, I don't understand how the hell it works but it seems to be the trend due to being more natural and reversible.

I'm currently 6.5" x 4.5" MSEG and 5" glands. If I could gain an Inch in my shaft I'd be thrilled . I don't care about length bc I'm only 5'8" and my dong already looks long on my small frame lol. That's one benefit of being short I guess haha

I have definitely had Girth gains from manual PE. Jelqing and pumping are fantastic for building Girth (less so for length).

PE works. I started the year at slightly over 5" Girth and hit 5.5" by midsummer. I have subsequently stopped to focus on length with a X4 Labs extender.

The most conservative approach is doing nothing

I've done years of manual PE and achieved length gains, but no Girth gains. That's after thousands and thousands of jelq's, hundreds of hours of squeezing blood into my unit. I did manage to injure my unit, but no gains on the Girth side.

Stretching, on the other hand, has produced good gains. Pumping (heavy pumping, not light pumping) caused EQ issues, but they go away when I've stopped pumping. That's just my experience.

HA is conservative when it comes to permanency and negative reactions. The risk for infection and fascia trauma is same. I'd be cautious with anyone claiming to have a "proprietary" filler, as the separation between manufacturer and the professional doing the injecting is a positive one: keeps everyone honest. If the manufacturer produces a shit product, the patient blames the practitioner, who then orders a different filler from a different manufacturer. So the profit motive keeps everyone accountable.

Good product + good injection technique + good aftercare = good results.

HA is more expensive over time, as it is temporary.

Any Girth enhancement procedure won't look or feel 100% natural, because it's not natural. It's filler, and either straight filler, or filler that is wrapped in the individual's collagen.

These procedures are really about priority: If you want a 100% natural feeling penis, stick with what you have. If you want size, then augment. Your Girth stats are in line with what is average in the world, so you are not deficient in any empirical way. But individually, you have your own standards and goals, and I wish you luck in pursuit of those.

I never went - there was another member who had a very bad experience and dissuaded me from having the procedure.

I went to Dr Ibrahim for the adiprep procedure which was fine(except all of fat reabsorbed after a few months).Considered getting HA filler from him, but not after experience Slumdog. had with him. Also cannot see only getting 1cc per visit with multiple visits a month apart..when other doctors like Dr Mata inject 8-12cc without problems.
