TOPIC: Best surgeon for getting my ligs cut? I need a good one! Prefer in USA

Lig cut gains are def minimal, although I did gain 3/4, but this is back when I was around 20 years old and I hung for about a month afterwards. Maybe if I hung for longer it would have been better.

Talked to Rosenthal about fixing problem with excess fat that settled at end of shaft and below /around glans. .. spoke highly of Dr Reed who is much closet

I would recommend Dr Reed. I am a personal friend and patient from back in 1995. If you need more info please ask...

You don't want a silicon buffer, it can get infected.

Dr Harold Reed is in Miami and some of our members speak highly of him. I know he's getting up there in age so some might not feel comfortable with that.

Dr Alter has a very good reputation, but he's in LA and to be honest the lig cut is quite a basic surgery, so I'm not sure it's worth the flight and he's also expensive.

No one has good success rates regarding Erect length gains.

So i'm getting my ligs cut and I need a good surgeon.

I live in FL so i'd prefer something in the USA please!

someone with good experience and good success rates please! (I'd also like if the surgeon put the little silicon thing in to stop the ligs from re attaching so i'd prefer someone who does this)

I have had a good experience with dr Solomon in Philadelphia, check out my thread. I can't speak of results yet since I haven't begun Hanging. He does not use the "silicon thing" as call it though... But I believe he has a lot of experience in the domain, but he is pretty expensive.

If you are in FL definitely Dr. Reed. He is also one of the cheaper ones, and one of the few that is a Urologist. He is old but he is very good. He did mine 20 years ago and it came out great.
He operated on me a year ago or so for something else and his age was no issue. Several doctors have commented on what a clean job he did on me recently.
FYI if you want Erect gains you need to commit to about 8-10 hours a day of stretching for a year or more. If you do it half-assed you wont get much of an Erect gain at all - or nothing really. I gained 1.25" Erect but you really need to commit. I could not do it today but I was much younger then and cared more.
