TOPIC: Dilemma with urologist

I sorted it out with him. These are pics just if people want to see what happened.

#3. I watch in horror as the wound opens ... this is now the third one that did this but the other two were due to other doctors.

There were just too many screwed up communications and people involved with my bill...and in the end, we just worked out a number. It was his suggestion and seemed fair enough. The billing woman was really a bigger problem in her attitude and argumentativeness w/ the condescension. That was so unnecessary.

As a piece of advice, your relationship is already ruined. Not saying it's your fault, but if you had a good relationship, this wouldn't be happening. This is fraudulent billing (performing one procedure and billing for another). You should report them, and it's up to you to give them a head's up.
