I was wondering if anyone here has heard or had any experience with this clinic

(IA) "International Andrology of London"

They have posts on YouTube under penile lengthening surgery.

Apparently what they do is suspensory ligament cut , and placement of

Silicone insert between Pubis and shaft to prevent retraction.

Any Ideas? I'm going to have a Skype consult this Tuesday 9/6/16

Don't bother. Not the first attempt at a spacer. Not the last. Stick to manual PE resolution instead. Search this forum for former Elist patients, plenty of testimony, and some guys DO get their length back. Also try Thundersplace for ideas.
