10 years 6 months ago #1290689364Well, Im very fit and skinny so losing more weight is not really an option. But then I dont have a big fat bad either. The fat pad is like 0.7 Inch I believe. losing 0.3-0.4 would do wonder to my confidence though I believe. But I dont know if its possible.Skeptical One wrote: I'd recommend trying to shrink as much of the pad naturally first (e.g. diet & exercise), and may find you wont need lipo at all. Or for some of us, even after weight loss you'll have some stubborn fat, albeit smaller than it was before...then lipo could be an option. That's sort of my plan.

10 years 6 months ago #1290689373How much is your fat pad now? Like I said in the post above. I already skinny and eating healthy.hunkydory wrote: You can, but I decided to get back to the weight I was when I was 30 and in the process my fat pad was completely gone - and you will end up saving money and looking better. But it would only take minutes to have it sucked out so if you can swing it do it.

Re: Liposuction fat pad?
10 years 6 months ago #1290689938I didn't like the way my pubic mound looked although I'm not what most people consider 'fat', so I had Smart Lipo done.
Most of the fat was removed from the sides to reduce that 'Pussy lips" look and just a little from the middle as I didn't have much fat there in the first place. The area looks much better now. Younger, less saggy and the 'Pussy lips' are mostly gone.

And here's why you don't want to take out too much fat (the surgeon here went all the way down to her abs - and it just ends up lumpy)

Re: Liposuction fat pad?
10 years 6 months ago #1293512418I went to see a doctor about this and she said she wouldn't be able to remove at all as much as I was hoping for. She said she was to afraid to damage nerves, as there are plenty of them i this area. So I guess its best to get really heavy, then liposuck the area and then go down in weight lol.billy111 wrote: so is it possible to have the fat removed as far that it remains only 0.25?
