I'm surprised you think it looked like it worked so good. By the end, it just looked like the Dick was a slight bit plumper, but only about the amount of difference from about when someone is limp to maybe 1/2 Erect at best. Which this unconscious guy could've been. IMO, this footage is completely useless. Comparing a pre-op Dick to an in-op Dick? Eh. A bunch of fondling and shit during an operation, that can happen, right?

But hey, if nothing else, very interesting to see how they can open up a Dick and mess with it, with it only really creating a small looking incision.
