But, you are correct in that she likely wouldn't be versed in post-PMMA care and that we know our units better. That may be where this idea fails. I do recall that several members commented on how much better Wade was at massaging and molding the PMMA in the days following. I have little doubt if Dr. C offered someone like Wade to assist with the recovery, for as little as 100 pesos/hour, a lot of us would agree.

I'm pretty sure it was mentioned before about the possibility of having a nurse help palpitate, massage, etc. while recovering after getting PMMA. I'm going to stay local, and will check back with Dr. C daily, but I was thinking it might be a good idea to have someone help inbetween those adjustments. I guess I'm especially concerned about being able to follow the instructions overnight. And, obviously, a cute chica would help with erections, should the viagra not work

If it's PMMA you're talking about, you really don't need a caregiver unless you have preexisting conditions that might make it difficult/impossible for you to adequately perform post-op protocol.

If you are a healthy individual fully capable of the prescribed post-op protocol, you'd be throwing money at fire to hire someone to help you. Virtually anyone you hire will not be versed in the recovery protocol, and even if they were, you'd still be better at it than they would (you know your penis best!). It's not complicated at all. Besides, despite the medical context, it'd just be weird having someone massage your Cialis-induced Erect penis for hours at a time in your hotel room.

Having a medical advice line for the 1st time patient isn't a bad idea (esp. if there's any overnight concerns), but unless you were born without your frontal lobe or with an armless/handless congenital defect you won't need a nurse. You need to have some measure of competence electing for this procedure, if you're plain stupid in the real life, if you get paranoid or are a hypochondriac like Gaius Baltar and suffer from paranoid episode, flying or driving into Tijuana to have this procedure will be too much excitement for you. This procedure is not a fearful one, the most painful part if any is the initial shots of lidocaine to numb the penis. Don't drink while you are in new areas, keep you head level, lock your doors, be respectful of people, don't wear bling, and most importantly choose a modern well lit hotel. I have suggested a few great hotels on this forum, the only hotel that is no longer available is Hotel Ticuan, it recently had a fire on the 5th floor because some idiot went to lit candles in his room. By the way a mexican nurse's education is on par with an LVN here in the states and they make anywhere from $5-12/hr based upon their clinical setting.
