It doesn't work like PMMA. With silicone, the silicone is what creates the volume.

I've seen pictures and video and him currently so the stats fit his story. I guess the volume being the foreign product is the main difference, that seems key. Would having a larger percentage of foreign product highten risk?

Why does silicone warrant an attack by our immune system but PMMA doesnt? If many dont at first have negative reactions with silicone, or perhaps never do, then obviously it doesnt immediately hit the immune system.

Many have their silicone injected 'professionally' with doctors just like we do with the PMMA. And yes I mentioned that for many in the community its about grotesque volume.

I think liquid silicone injected by amateurs in the penis is tons more dangerous than professionally injected PMMA in the penis. As I understand it, raw silicone will cause the immunity system to attack it in a similar way to what happened years ago with silicone breast implants.
I have seen some of these cases where they have injected a lot of silicone in their dicks. They boast about how many CC's they injected, the bigger the better in their eyes. Most of these guys are so big and soft that they are unable to do ANY penetration of any kind. To each his own I guess.

I love that in one of the pics he puts a tape measure on what looks like a Dick covered in tumors to show you how thick it is. I was a member of a yahoo silicone group a long time ago as I had friends into that, still do actually. The thing about injecting large amounts of silicone is that it tends to harden over time - so far I have only had sex with a few guys with silicone, though. I am less worried about the microdroplets than I am the testicular injections Dr. C does - felt a pair of silicone Balls and they were also on the hard side but looked good.

For perspective, these pictures have about as much appeal as someone covered in feces. Yet, there's actually a fetish group for that too

I made a comment in another thread saying I thought silicone injections in the testicles was a sketchy undertaking and this guy who had it done jumped down my throat for pointing it out.

Turns out I wasn't all wrong. But to be fair maybe this guy had a minimal amount injected but his junk looked pretty inflated based on the picture he posted. It looked massive and he got a good result I think from Dr C but all I was trying to say was injecting a filler off label into such a dynamic and delicate area could be a dangerous undertaking and these pictures appear to confirm the fears I had.

At least with the penile shaft it is a more static area and once the collagen has formed a solid matrix you should in theory get a good result at least with PMMA not sure about silicon in the shaft.

These poor guys look like they got totally bamboozled by a charlatan doc. I wonder who did this to them? Further I wonder if it can be undone. All these cases look beyond Repair.

I wish them luck. Just pray to God something like this never happens to any of us on this forum.

Ha - me too I guess. Yeah, if you saw it then you know... but u know what I mean about the "rounding up" that goes on tho! I think there's a safer way to inject silicone...with dr. supervision - as long as it's done in layers, slowly...there were a few women Ive seen on tv or online with giant boobs and asses that were all silicone for many years - but they are probably just lucking out. They claim they do it slowly - and that's the key...but who knows. I wouldn't touch the stuff.

Bit of a thread bump, my apologies if that's frowned upon here but I just stumbled upon this unmitigated disaster online from a self professed silicone injector. I figured there would be plenty of old threads on silicone injections and I didn't think this warranted starting a new one.I'm guessing there are few people out there who would actually consider this a viable option other than maybe those into extreme fetishes. But just in case I thought it might be beneficial to show what a 'worse case scenario' looks like when it comes to silicone. Apparently the silicone has mitigated into the glans but that hasn't stopped this moron from continuing to inject. Be-warned though, what has been seen cannot be unseen. The lengths some people go to for extreme size
