I think dr N doesn't advice to massage, is that correct ?

i'm 10 days post op and I'm praying that this will start to look better. I feel everything that could possibly go wrong, did. I have a prominent ring forming above the cir. scar, my whole penis shaft is uneven and lumpy, there are hard spots at two injection points..

I'm disappointed so far but I have faith that it will get better and a round two will shape the low uneven points. The Girth is larger but as of now it looks altered and misshaped. I'll add pics at the 2 weeks mark, hopefully things look better.

Try look on the brighter side, it's thicker!

26 CC of 30%? wow, that seems like a lot. You will see results in a few months, so be patient. 7 days post op may be your lowest time.

Hey JimmyJames - did you get any sense of what caused the problems? Did you have a lot of retraction? Is the lump a pocket of PMMA or is it something else?

I hope things improve...believe me, I know the feeling of not wanting someone to see your Dick. Thanks for posting all of this - it's really helpful to hear this with 30% people.

Depending on the size and location of the Nodule, there are a few options.
First is an excision with local anesthesia. A small needle/knife essentially makes a small cut and the product is scraped/pulled/pushed out. A small bandage goes onto where the (very small) incision was made and healing should be quick.

Second is during a touch-up procedure. While the cannula is inside of you, it can be used to break up areas with high concentrations of product/collagen.

Lastly, Kenalog injections, but I recommend this as a last resort and very small amount aimed solely at the problem area.

Any one of these 3 options could be done in South Korea, but even then it's probably best to wait it out a little. See if it softens, it might make Removal even easier when you finally go in to get it taken care of. Good luck!

I am waiting for some one to do the glans with Dr Cho. Two years for an increase in glans size is ok with me.

I always had that lingering thought that "wouldn't it move the product around and leave it un even. The one thing that made sense to me, was the penis being stretched, so it can heal in an elongated state to prevent Turtling.

I don't think Dr N tells anyone to massage the penis afterwards other than keep it wrapped up. But because most guys read this forum I guess they would massage even after DR N hoping for no lumps.

Many member say massaging helped prevent lumps, so I am lost. If I had PMMA, I wouldn't massage for like 24 hours, to let it set a bit like jelly ( so it doesn't easily move around) and just only massage lumps before they hardened. But I am guess that if you slept on your penis it would squish to one side lol. So maybe just be to sit there with your penis stretched for 48hrs and not sleep.

Here is 20 day update. My penis is 80% in some photos. I think I have some psychological ED because I am feeling depressed about the shape and my mind is wandering negatively. Let me know your feelings. You can see a large module on one picture and the general unevenness. The top down photo looks alright but does show the whole story. Thanks for you comments!

Thanks for the support. Yeah the 30% definitely didn't sit well with me. I did contact Wade but just got a "wait it out" and fix it in round 2" return message. It looks worse in person, I think it looks bad in pics too and it feels bad when I masturbate, just uneven and bumpy. Especially the bean size Nodule I have. I think I had too high of expectations after reading so many positive reports but I'm not the first to experience this shape and I'm sure it gets better in Round 2. The paper you sign before the procedure clearly states that Rd 2 is necessary and possibly a 3rd touch up. I'm not comfortable to show this to any women so hopefully I can get this fixed asap. I hope that Dr. Cho and Lipen product will be okay to mix since I can't wait until November to go back to Dr. C. I will keep trying to relax and just wait until my consultation in Seoul to see what can be done. I will continue to update also. Thanks!

Honestly I think your unit is looking much better. There is still some residual puffiness but in the 3rd shot it looks especially more natural than from before. A second round is usually inevitable for some people and I suspect some work can be done to even out the contour irregularities. Hoddle pointed out the mobile skin, get as many of these photos on your next visit and I suspect Dr. C (a Dermatologist) will know what to do. I would not go for more size on your second round, make it strictly aesthetic correction.

I also think that Korean medical procedures are as good as Brazils, if not better. People from all over the world come here for lower priced but high quality procedures. Dr. Cho has been involved with penis augmentation for 20 years. I have seen results on flaccid penises and they look very good, a lot better than mine looks at the moment.( There is also a youtube video of the actual procedure)

I just wish I could find a non bias website with unadjusted personal accounts of peoples procedure with Lipen and Dr. Cho. As of now, Metacril and Dr. C, has a longer track record and I see impartial progress reports of the results in a language I can understand completely. It's really a difficult decision. I will at least have a consultation with Dr. Cho just to see what he thinks and what he offers. If I don't feel comfortable, I will just have to wait the 9 months to see Dr C.

Just wondering how things are going, hoping all is getting better now. My gains are stable so far. Still need work on the top of the shaft. Can't wait to my next procedure. Just want to tell you that I can't stress enough that we share the same issues, not the same size, I wish. Mine seems to be looking better, got prolly my best Erection today that I've had since the procedure, I still have a buildup of PMMA under my shaft below my circ. I feel the cluster when flacid, but when Erect I can't tell. Oddly enough I kinda like the way it looks, flacid. Makes my unit look more symmetrical. I do also have a PMMA pad on the right side mid-shaft, it seems to be leveling out slightly. Again, I like to keep you updated, I can't imagine the stress you had and hope that you've found a bit of normalcy.

Here are some more pictures of my penis 29 days post op. I feel the irregularities are getting worse as the collagen builds. I am truly sad that this how my penis now looks. I can only give it more time and hope that it can be repaired to look like a natural penis. You also see the huge Nodule, that's not getting better, in the picture. Who else out there had a shape like this after round one but fixed it in round 2? Please offer me some hope.
