If you decide to leave this forum, you can always update your progress report without necessarily having to be frequently active. Just some food for thought, good luck !

JimmyJames - I know the feeling of reading way too much / spending too much time on a board - but if you could give an update in a few weeks, I am sure that would be really helpful to anyone in the future who has lumps early on. I'd be concerned if I had 30% and a lot of lumps...but if you and others in similar situations came back in a month to say it all settled down that would really help. I have a few more months to wait, but the two main problems seem to be lumps and the circ scar area...and seeing the circ scar "gap" resolved from the early pioneer posts was really helpful. Now that they are doing 30% on everyone (unless the patient demands 10 for some reason), I'd more concerned than ever about the side effects like lumps - since they seem bigger in 30 patients.

12 years 6 months ago #1281581216The third pictures is deceiving because it doesn't quite look that good in real life. I took all those pictures at the same time. It's like a 2d effect from top down and the others give the 3d effect showing all the irregularities. Like you said I hope in 2 months I look back and wonder why I was worrying so much. This my first round so I didn't know exactly what to expect even though I've read every progress report on the website.
I think that Dr. C will be able to fix the contours and get rid of the nodules when I go back so I am not overly concerned as before. It's still pretty lumpy but getting fractionally better everyday from what I can see. I will definitely stick around to update my thread and post pictures good or bad.

12 years 6 months ago #1281558946I know exactly what you mean! I have the same concerns, but again mine is starting to look better, yours really doesn't look bad, I do understand that you've seen it for years and it's under heavy scrutiny at the moment! Just relax and let the dust/PMMA settle! My injection spots look the same.... even without the bumps the spot is noticeable, looks like a rough BJ to me! Good luck, hang in there. It will be okay....

On a related note - I have to say - in my experience - people really don't notice things as much as I thought. I have a 2 month old circumcsion scar from degloving surgery and I've gotten head from a lot of people...they don't even see it! It's bizarre. And the scar has not evened out yet - it takes a few months to flatten and fade out. Given that though, I totally sympathize with all the feelings you get after a penis operation. I had some very rough moments in the 2 weeks after the surgery I had. It's totally different than PMMA and was not for size (curve correction) but the healing process is just NOT easy for many people, myself included. It's your Dick - I mean - honestly, how some guys here are so calm and patient, I have to admire that. I am not.
I think what Aussie guy just said and what Hoddle was saying might be valuable info - i.e., less is probably better - and your next session of 10% might make an awesome result... and your updates will be a huge help on this 10/30 topic. I think I read somewhere that there are even more 30% complications but people didn't post them...they just discuss over PM...one of the more senior members said that. I also found a thread w/ a guy who had a totally purple penis after 10% only... and not even a lot of CCs - but that was the reaction - and then down the line his result was good (sorry I am really bad w screen names - but its on here).
Thanks for updating your progress. Hopefully it'll work out down the road with time or with more PMMA or with time resolving the swelling. Swelling CAN be hard - it seems odd - but in surgeries I've had - and w/ scars I've had - they can get really hard in the beginning. Not sure that is what is going on, but just a thought about it.

12 years 6 months ago #1281431483I'm disappointed so far but I have faith that it will get better and a round two will shape the low uneven points. The Girth is larger but as of now it looks altered and misshaped. I'll add pics at the 2 weeks mark, hopefully things look better.

12 years 6 months ago #1281453530I don't think Dr N tells anyone to massage the penis afterwards other than keep it wrapped up. But because most guys read this forum I guess they would massage even after DR N hoping for no lumps.
Many member say massaging helped prevent lumps, so I am lost. If I had PMMA, I wouldn't massage for like 24 hours, to let it set a bit like jelly ( so it doesn't easily move around) and just only massage lumps before they hardened. But I am guess that if you slept on your penis it would squish to one side lol. So maybe just be to sit there with your penis stretched for 48hrs and not sleep.

Honestly I think your unit is looking much better. There is still some residual puffiness but in the 3rd shot it looks especially more natural than from before. A second round is usually inevitable for some people and I suspect some work can be done to even out the contour irregularities. Hoddle pointed out the mobile skin, get as many of these photos on your next visit and I suspect Dr. C (a Dermatologist) will know what to do. I would not go for more size on your second round, make it strictly aesthetic correction.
Good luck!

12 years 6 months ago #1281624303Just wondering how things are going, hoping all is getting better now. My gains are stable so far. Still need work on the top of the shaft. Can't wait to my next procedure. Just want to tell you that I can't stress enough that we share the same issues, not the same size, I wish. Mine seems to be looking better, got prolly my best Erection today that I've had since the procedure, I still have a buildup of PMMA under my shaft below my circ. I feel the cluster when flacid, but when Erect I can't tell. Oddly enough I kinda like the way it looks, flacid. Makes my unit look more symmetrical. I do also have a PMMA pad on the right side mid-shaft, it seems to be leveling out slightly. Again, I like to keep you updated, I can't imagine the stress you had and hope that you've found a bit of normalcy.
Take it easy
sorry if to personal but are you military?
