TOPIC: If I wanted to gain 3 inches to 3.5 inches of girth

You need to seriously re-evaluate your goals. They are unrealistic and distorted, and there are no assurances you'll gain the necessary length in a reasonable amount of years to accommodate such ridiculous Girth.

I started with less Girth than you and I'm positive I'll go nowhere near 7" (let alone 7.5") in Erect Girth. Would require too many sessions and I simply don't have the length to accommodate that much mass without making it look like a water balloon.

You may want to also check out a pinned thread in this forum called "Unintended Side Effects of Frequent Forum Use." I suspect these goals you've come up with were partly due to the gains some of our members have obtained (mind you, those men were much thicker to begin with and usually longer than average as well) and you've allowed yourself to think it's just as accessible.

If I were to recommend anything, I'd say 1.5" gain max. You could achieve this in most likely 3 sessions, and be at an optimal & thick destination of 5.5" EG. Anything above this number and the risk for poor aesthetics climbs dramatically imo.

Well I obviously would do length exercises as well

What would be my best bet manual PE such as Jelqing and using an extender and then surgery such as a PMMA or a skin graft?

Well what if I PE and get surgery and a priapus injection again would it be a possibility? My length is under 5 inches somewhere in the 4s I believe

Yea, I second Mustang's question. I may have misunderstood you. If you are starting at 3.0" and want to go to 3.5", yes there are options.

If you are of a healthy endowment (say, ~5" in Erect Girth) and you want to add 3 to 3.5" in Erect Girth...well I recommend you find a new hobby.

Do you mean you want to gain 3"-3.5" Girth on top of what you have, OR you want to go from 3" Erect Girth to 3.5" Erect Girth?

From what I've read in my years of PE, 1" in Girth is already a fantastic gain. I'm with hoddle on this one.

Personally I think you should re evaluate your goals.

Wake up, be realistic.

Ok gaining 3 inches of length and 3 inches of Girth isn't totally impossible with surgery and PE exercises

Heck I would be happy with 7 length and 6 Girth

Welcome to PhalloBoards, not often do I see men in the 3"-4" EG range here (I suspect most who are simply don't post). I started out 3.5" MSEG and am certain I'm over 5" now, so I am confident you can achieve 0.5" easily. What is your length if I may ask? This will also give you an idea of how much more than a half Inch you can obtain without sacrificing too much aesthetic/realism.

Oh, and I should have noted, I got PMMA done.
