TOPIC: Dr Rafael Carrion

May sound crazy but its affordable and im considering it. I know this dont make the penis longer. But to get rid of my webbing would be great to appear longer. Plus the procedure is only $400. To get rid of some extra skin I dont want for that price is a no brainer. Of coarse I'll look into it more before jumping the gun, but this seems like a real option for me.

Has anybody heard of this doctor Rafael Carrion ? has anybody had surgery with him?

It's just scrotal webbing reduction. I've had the exact procedure and so have many of the guys who went to Serbia for surgery with Miro Djordevic.

Personally I didn't like the result as the scar is very long and most importantly it left my scrotum looking really freaky. I had a couple of procedures to fix the problems.

I think most surgeon prefer a Z plasty technique, as though the scar is unnatural, it tends not to contract and cause problems with the shape of the scrotum.
