TOPIC: Length surgery after manual gains already?

Sure am glad you posted this here! I am 5.5" and am dreaming of reaching above 6". You are an inspiration, and I would love to hear what magical mixture of stretching techniques worked this miracle?


Regarding your question, ligament cuts only give Flaccid length, this is pretty much acquired knowledge now. However, if you stretch after, then you can get those gains which, from what I gather, apparently are also Erect gains. I've had no gains from either. I just returned a couple of weeks ago from a ligament cut, but I was mainly seeking Flaccid gains. Since I chose the more discrete method of surgical entry through the scrotum, which leaves no visible traces, this doesn't deliver much of any results immediately.


One must stretch first, to pull out the internalized part of the penis from the abdomen, and this can take some time. This again is just for Flaccid gains. I expect that once one has succeeded in pulling out the organ to its limit, then one can continue to stretch, and from this additional stretching one may gain both Flaccid and Erect length by elongating one's tissues. At least that's what I've figured out so far.


Please feel free to briefly resume your techniques, as I am very interested as it sure would be nice to follow in your footsteps. By the way, 8 inches is an incredibly long unit. I do believe that there are quite a few women who may have a hard time taking in anything much longer without pain in their cervix.

Others here have also lauded the merits of manual stretching, so I am going to do this along with weights. I have been using an all day stretcher with an elastic cord attached to the end of a silicon cup over the tip of my unit, it gives a bit of traction but when it gets too strong it either pulls off or else digs into my shaft in a very painful way.

So I think that tugging manually with special exercise routines and Hanging weights is how I shall be going once my surgical scar is more healed up. It's getting there but not quite yet. Since it runs up to an Inch below my glans, this means there's no place to grip it other than the very tip, not ideal for such maneuvers.

If you are 8" in length and are seeking a surgical route for more length gains, my advice to you is to discontinue the idea altogether - hate to see you jeopardize all those gains you made that many men are fortunate & lucky to achieve. Your Girth is also above average.

Don't take this the wrong way but you ought to put your focus elsewhere (maybe some other aspect of self/life, like diet, body, mind, etc). I highly recommend discontinuing visitation to this site, as it is probably not healthy to contemplate such a risky venture (surgery) when you have the size of a porn star.

Besides, lengthening procedures can be hit or miss, and will require you to resume a strict stretching regimen for months to realize any gains. If you are thinking of gains along 1, 2, or 3 inches Erect, you can forget about it. Plus, one has to wonder, if you've exhausted what gain potential you had from manual PE exercises, and maybe lengthening surgery is likely to provide you with zero gains (and even worse, complications could make you lose length).

You can list free PE forums by name yes, but forget about the pay sites. It's a rip-off when you can get the same info at PEGym or Thundersplace!

Hi guys i started at 5.5 EL I never measured Girth but its 5.3 these days currently my size is 8 Inch EL I gained another half Inch stretching the tunica I've only ever been after length and like most men PE is addictive.I'm always looking for ways to gain.

The pulling of inner penis works if you stick with it even with your surgery it would most likely be easier to gain and faster for you

Yer man it really works its strange because when you first start stretching your not actually making the penis bigger but pulling out internal penis that is hidden and the length gains come quite fast after you have hit plateau there are more advanced exercises do to but these gains come a lot harder.

Maybe more of a Flaccid gain in size not Erect length gains?

I agree surgery is not a option thanks to this site I've read a couple of threads were guys have not gained much in Erect length.
I'm a member of other PE sites but I'm going to stick around here and chime in if I can help.

Your insight & experience with manual PE is welcome, glad you agree on avoiding the surgical route!

From my research the lengthening procedure is not effect for Erect length and little gains are seen from that. Some have reported gains though.

Yeah, I note what you said. My surgeon after the ligament cut told me it was imperative to stretch a lot in order to see the gains. I have noted that they are getting better as I stretch. Especially manually as I can dose the pull more precisely and even feel it when it starts to come out of my pelvis a bit. I also can notice the extra length from where my hand is positioned, showing me instant results.

This is probably due to the particular nature of the totally stealth and invisible ligament cut by Clinic Brazil in Russia which operates from between one's Balls - yeah, through the scrotum. At this time I think he is the only surgeon practicing this technique, and he does it masterfully. I am very grateful to him for this, as I wouldn't have done it otherwise because I am light blond and my pubic hair wouldn't have done a proper job of masking V-plasty scars on the pelvis. And this way I can even shave entirely and tan at the nude beach, those who know the most (LOL) will all swear I never got a lig cut !

The downside of this procedure is that since you don't open up the body right near the ligaments, you cannot pry the penis out using a metal widening tool. This means that only through manual or mechanical tugging of the penis can you get it to come all the way out as far as possible. So I am doing this at present and getting belated results 3 weeks after surgery. I am therefore increasingly happy with this procedure.

So I will have a head start on Flaccid gains but not so much yet on Erect gains. I will be adding weights and other methods in hopes of progress there. Also I shall take a look at your recommended link, and am posting below a simple "click here" method to directly reach the forum section where they post the Newbie Routines you suggested.
