new with pmma questions

hey guys new here. just a few PMMA questions.
1-when you refer to dr c is that dr camcho or Casavantes?
2-they both use PMMA, which dr has the better reputation and history?
3-how many procedures are recommended for best results?
4-how do you decide how much filler to use each time?
5-i often see a percentage number next to these fillers, can some one give me a little more info on that?

Ruski,
You're probably not going to get simple answers handed to you here. Also, I think there's a bit more time investment than chilling out with a beer and reading for an hour or two, or even an evening or two.
For fairness and objectivity, I don't believe you'll find a condensed post which covers the basics. While quite a few members, pardon the pun, have so far been happy with Dr C (Casavantes btw) and their PMMA results, I believe that if problems do start to occur, they'll post about it. For example, if PMMA needs to be removed, from what I gathered, it's not an easy thing to have done.
Regarding time spent reading the forum, it's your penis... read and ask questions. I had surgery in 96. I truly wish there was a forum like this then...
