TOPIC: Pumping and PMMA

I use a 2X9in Lapdist.com regular cylinder (way too small now, I need to upgrade eventually) and hand pump. Some people buy a cheap cylinder (within reason) and then just replace the shitty pumps that often come with them with a better one, as you want one with a measurement method on it.

I'm going to start to hang again in a bit or so (once Im unlazy enough to go buy some new weights), and I'll let you know how it goes. I think its possible and should be fine to make some light or normal lig stretch gains.

I used the
BOS 2000 ' 2 Battery-operated Vacuum Therapy Pump.
It's extremely easy to use and gives good temporary gains.
