I really would try manually stretching and using a good ADS before I would pump (not sure if pumping is good for the PMMA enhanced penis). I would bet that you can get back to your original length (or even more). It just takes discipline and patience. I am living proof.

Ive got a Kaplan pump, its a dry pump. I have 2 tubes for it. One 2" that I am close to stuffing completely and a 2.25" that I am gonna start using soon. The vac does not really leak down too much. I pump to 5hg then add a pump every minute or 2 to keep it at 5hg. I hold it at 5 hg for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake it massage it then back into the tube for 8 to 10 min more. Repeating one more time.

My nuts dont get sucked up because the tube is the right size. I keep my pubes trimmed anyway and yes lube helps the seal.

I pump 3 days a week only and wear the ads daily (esl40).

So far about 3/8" el gain and 1/8" eg gain between both so I dont know which one is working.....

question: have you seen this guy? he pumps but clearly has work done. the video starts before pumping and half way through he comes back very pumped to the point it's hard to force it in her mouth.

what procedure did he do can you guts tell?

Miracle uses a water pump called Hydromax x40. He got an 1/8 gain. I believe other members have seen gains as well. Guessing the implant makes it easier to keep the results after a pump session compared to not having PMMA.

I agree with MM although I do not think pumping is harmful to a PMMA penis, at least in my case. If you physically had 6.25" before, regardless of how your penis tissue was stretched to that length, I believe that you can stretch or hang to regain that length and likely within a few months. Look up postings by StillWantMore. He is pretty detailed and helpful in his Hanging techniques and there are many others like MM and the gang who you can use as inspiration. Best of luck!

I'm looking to get a pump as well, since Wade told me that I can do it at low vacuum after a couple of weeks. I read somewhere that you need to disconnect the trigger pump from the cylinder to hold pressure, otherwise, it slowly leaks out smalljay.

I never used an electric pump, manual pumps to me aren't that bad. Sure you may lose a little bit of air but I think that depends on the condition of your pump. I got mines from eBay and it was very cheap so of course air would leak out but if you get a good one then you shouldn't have any problems.

Does it really matter what he did if it's real? What's the point to a purple Dick that has been abused so much the color has changed and won't get hard.

My guess is that the skin is dead or close to and there prabably is little to no sensativity.

If you pump too much at a high hg it kills the cells due to lack of oxygenated blood, can have lymphatic fluid build up. Subdermal hematomas, loss of erections and worse things than those already mentioned.

The color a of that penis alone is showing how unhealthy it is in a vascular way.

Very good. I'll look that one up. I recently read here about the Boston pump as well. I'm very interested in doing this to be able to break up the PMMA - collagen while it's healing, according to Wade, that will do wonders. He said it's ok tp start at low vac after a couple of weeks.
