Well as for the original question, one cannot know for certain if the end-result will appear natural but I'd like to remind you that there are far greater concerns post-op than just appearance. The procedure you are opting for is highly invasive, and I'd be in adamant disagreement with your doctor on the suggestion that you are a great candidate for this kind of procedure. If you have a functioning, naturally aesthetic mega-Cock, then please heed my words of caution - the added size with grafts (considering your current size) are not worth the known risks. Actually, at your current size, I don't believe any method (including non-surgical ones) are worth considering. My 2 cents.lessie wrote: Krakovsky is my doctor.
I can't imagine Dr. K (as we called him when he was the name of interest back at the old MyNewSize) is doing half the business he was doing back then, so I'm not surprised he's told you that you are a good candidate (which I respectfully disagree with). According to their website, it appears he has moved onto Alloderm from DFG, is this what you are getting?
But to each his own.

Re: Question
14 years 5 months ago #1272458805Dude, I will express my opinion with frankness because many people visit this forum and to some extent take decisions with regards to PE based on what they absorb here. I am thinking of young insecure men in particular who measure themselves vs what they see in ubiquitous porn movies, clips, pics, etc: you should not undergo any further procedure given your stats: that is, it makes no sense in risk/reward terms. You are about to make a very poor gamble. If I were you I would book an appointment with a psychologist, to find out whether there is a deeper cause or condition that prompts you to feel that a further enhancement (and therefore further risk taking) from your current gigantic levels is necessary in order to achieve a superior well-being. Having said that, I wish you all the best for a successful surgery, if you decide to carry on with your plan, as I would expect. Good luck to you and happy quick healing dear forum brother.I am incresing my Girth by 1.25 inches. At the completion of the surgery my Erect measurements will be 8.25" at the base, 7.75" at midshaft and 7.25" at the glad. My present length is 7.75" and I am hoping to get a least ,5 from the surgery. My estimated Flaccid Girth will be 7.75 aat the base, 7 mideshaft and 6.5 at the glad. I am presently 7" Flaccid. Do you think the final measurements will look natural

You were told that you were a good candidate for surgery at 7x7? I'm a bit surprised to hear that.lessie wrote: You are correct on my present measurements. The doctor who did my first procedure is no longer in business. The length surgery was done using an old procedure. There is a possibility that the ligs were not really cut.The doctor that did my first Girth enhancement referred me to another doctor who has expertise in larger girths.I haven't had a surgery in 5 years and would like some more size. I am told that I am a good candidate because I have a lot of room for added graphs.
You are having a second lengthening procedure on an assumption (i.e. no medical proof) that the first one was not done correctly? Did you follow-up the original lengthening procedure with a stretching/traction regimen? It is purported that length gains from lengthening surgery require a very dedicated stretching program for many months before gains can be realized (and even then they aren't guaranteed).
Do you mind sharing with us the doctor who is performing your upcoming triple augmentation?

Re: Question
14 years 5 months ago #1272453851If you already had the lig cut once most likely you would not benefit from a second procedure unless you didnt gain anything with the first one. There is a way for a doctor to find out if you would benefit from it BEFORE having the surgery. If your doctor hasnt told you it probably is because he can extract a lot of money from you just by trying.
