Thanks for the reply. I'm looking to get all the info I can prior to deciding on the lig snip surgery.

I would be 100% satisfied if I could gain at least .75" after 6 months of post surgery Hanging. My concern is that I can't find many reports of guys making these gains after being avid hangers prior to surgery. I'm starting to believe that almost anyone can gain a half Inch with manual PE, but maybe once manual gains stop, even a lig snip won't bring more gains. This may be especially true regarding pre-op heavy weight hangers, as these seem to be considered "lig gains" by most of the PE community.

As you mentioned, most of your Erect gains came prior to surgery. I have already gained .5" Erect from Hanging and wonder if the lig snip will actually break my year long plateau. Flacid gains are a bonus to me but I wouldn't consider the surgery unless Erect gains were possible.

I look forward eagerly to hearing any future progress reports on your new Hanging endeaver. Even a half Inch gain would probably be enough to make me move forward, if there were no other serious downsides.

As for the angle difference, would you mind briefly expanding on your comments? If your pre-snip angle was straight out 90' before, what would you consider it now? Has it impacted you in any way regarding sex/positions? I know others have mentioned that having a girl riding you on top can be problematic as it tends to slide out or need to be held in place. Any issues as such?

Personally if I were to start all over, I would definitely be interested in checking out the PMMA, and the alternative would probably be FFT. These two are less invasive than other phallo-procedures and so I would start with them first (PMMA being considerably less invasive since it isn't technically surgery).
There are other methods such as grafts and the implant, however I personally find the abundant reporting on PMMA to be one of few reasons why I went in that direction. There are some reports on the alternative methods found both on the old & new forum which can also be useful.
In the end the decision is yours, just be sure it is an informed one And of course, feel free to PM me anytime.

my post snip Erection is 90 degrees - prior it would stand up and salute with the best of them. I can still raise it with a strong kegel. I have had no issues with a girl on top. My Hanging is way limited post surgery - maybe it wasnt done right, maybe i injured it following the surgery, etc. I hit many plateaus over the years but through sheer stubborness and changing my PE/Hanging/Stretching schedule, I always broke though - it took months sometimes. I think if I would have done this for 20 years starting at the age of 16, I would have better than 8" now. It takes time to stretch your little buddy out to something permanent. I think the biggest NBEL I measured was 7.5" - it didn't last but that was a good day brother! From my experience, surgery only helped my flacid length. I think others made gains following the surgery but I did not.

I think I gained a little from the lig cut but most was done prior with PE - jelq, ADS, and Hanging. The lig cut did give me more Flaccid which was nice. The angle change is there but not significant and if you can kegel, you can put it at any angle you want. I could not really hang following my procedure - light weight only - 2-4 lbs and not for very long - it felt like something was going to tear inside and I did not push it. I just started Hanging again and the same feeling is still present - after almost two years. I'm going to hang, ADS, and Jelq for the next 6 weeks to max my length prior to PMMA but will be careful not to injure myself.

Do you feel like the lig snip made the difference in being able to gain Erect length? Had you already made gains prior to surgery or did the full 1" come afterwards with Hanging? Any changes in Erection angle post-op?

I'm new to this forum and will schedule my PMMA procedure within the next two weeks - hopefully for right after the new year. I am not new to PE and natural enhancement. If you have time, I would start with PE, stretching, and eventually work into a Hanging routine supplemented by an ADS. I did this for years logged more than 5,000 hours on the JEZ extender SP?, and later a device that was much more comfortable that I bought from Dr Giunta - I think the grip system. I used Hanging for about 6 months and worked up to about 3 hours a day with a lot of weight. I hurt myself twice during this process and had to recover before continuing so be patient and don't rush it. I then had surgery with Dr Giunta for lengthening. The recovery took a bit longer and even now when I try to hang, I can feel something trying to tear - so I hang with only 2 lbs and occasional a bit at four. I used the ADS alot post op but really only gained when Flaccid. My length gains came from Jelqing and Hanging/stretching. I've no kidding gained an Inch that is mine forever. At one point I could stretch my Flaccid penis to bone pressed 8+ inches. That was pure motivation dude! About three months after the length procedure I had Dr Giunta do the FFT for Girth. The few weeks were awesome - my penis was 6" around at the base mostly from swelling and then settled down into a solid 5.5. It was short lived - my body reaborbed that fat like water - high metabolism I think. For me, the length first, however long that takes, followed by a Girth enhancement procedure was the way to go. And I'm an old dude in my 40s. If you're young, why not try gaining some length which will also give you a lot more skin to bulk up when you go for your Girth increase. Also, who knows what new technology or refinements will be available to you in a couple of years. The demand is there and the medical community will figure it out - it's a money making dream to whomever gets it right. I don't know anybody who wouldnt want a larger penis. i understand the girlfriend pain - I lived with my little friend for a long time and got to the point where I would turn down sex because of fear at the response. So do it for you and be patient - don't hurt yourself!

As for potential gains, hard to predict since now the Doctor uses 10% instead of 20%, but I suspect with your length you'd achieve 0.5" MSEG give-or-take after the first round. Gains are not guaranteed.

I personally have no qualms with advocating PMMA to the under-average guy but I must stress that you must be willing to accept that this is still something lesser known in the long-term as far as complications are concerned. There are other phallo-methods as well, so it is equally advisable to do all your research
As for your girlfriend...she's a real bitch and you are extremely fortunate she's out of your life. Believe it or not, at your size you can still please women with your cock, but it requires some technique as well as mastery of foreplay. Majority of women have their own shortcomings, it amuses me they would ever make such a (mostly) unchangeable feature of a guy a central issue.

PMMA is most likely my route as I couldn't find any procedure that's as safe or predictable. I'll most likely have it done in Jan or Feb.

I agree mustang, she could have been finding some excuse (albeit a malicious one) to inflict damage in what was a failing relationship. Most normal & sane women are not going to react so virulently to a perceived inadequacy (I noted normal & sane, Size Queens are obviously not such)... which is why I highly doubt that your size was the central or primary reason she left.
Women are also incredibly horrible at communicating in general.
