TOPIC: Opinions on my potential outcome for PMMA?

Fair enough guys. I DO appreciate any and all feedback. I never got into PE originally because of self esteem, worth or size concerns. In fact, I never gave my penis a second thought until I was around 20 years old. It had always just been another part of my body that I pissed and masturbated with. Then, I saw the movie "Boogie Nights". The loosely based "story" of John Holmes. I became curious about this guy and his (supposedly) "12 Inch penis!". I got on the internet as it was back then (1998) and searched the terms "john holmes" and "bigger penis" and found my first forum.
So, PE for me has always been a "let's see if it works" venture for me moreso than out of a desire to feel average, big enough, or for more self esteem. Again, I'm in no big hurry. I mainly am still learning and would still like my original questions answered rather than words of caution only because I'm perceived as being "big enough" already.

Let's be fair? I have always given "big enough" guys honest advice and coaching despite how I personally felt about their size.

I respectfully disagree with that opinion. Also, over 6" does not "look fake". I don't know where that comes from. I've been with many women (as stated elsewhere) with temporary sizes between 5" in shaft Girth all the way up to 7.25" in shaft Girth and all of those sizes were completely usable. Granted, more foreplay and/or lube is usually required, but being a certain size does not make you "less usable". Length on the other hand is a different story in my opinion.

I've done and tried a little of everything. Mainly, it came from Hanging weights. It has been a 12 year journey because I enjoy PE and am not in a race. I've been very sporadic with it as well. I've had times where I was religiously Hanging weights nearly every day of the week for a total of 3-4 hours daily for a few months. Then, there were times where I would do absolutely NO PE for a year or longer. Life changes, mood changes, but I always come back.

So, 20% yields a bigger gain, or am I missing something?

When did you gain your first Inch? After a couple of years?

I honestly do not know. It's been so long. Plus, I'd have months where I would gain 1/4" in length and some months where I'd gain nothing.

try one round of PMMA, and then maybe a small touch up after (not a full-treatment). I agree with my Mod friends, your size is very ideal by most folks opinions, but you have an appetite friend, and no one will stop a hungry man from getting what he wants. A respectable goal is a 1/2 Inch gain making you 6.5inches in Girth, anything larger, some women may not even entertain or fancy your game, the pleasure may turn into pain from the stretching of vaginal skin, but if you're hopping around like me or Charlie Sheen & you've avoided having a steady gf I wouldn't worry about any issues. I'm still in the collagen growing window period, but as of today w/ the 10% NewPlastic injection i've only gained 3/8ths of an Inch. Plus Dr.Casavantes told me he's not interested in creating any monsters, so go for it with a conservative approach b/c you're already large, I wish i insisted on the 20% at least then I would have achieved a 3/4 Inch gain. Respectfully, I was among a crowd of clientele that expected to receive the median gain, of which was the 3/4 Inch circumference increase that had been numerously reported to the staff at Dr.Casavantes' office. This is part of the office's daily business, to record the reports received and the analysis of the numbers may show a change among the 10% outcome versus the shown results of the 20% concentration, from my own Unbias/calculated measurements, the conservative 10% concentration, coming upon 3 weeks post op, has given me a gain of only 3/8ths of an Inch. It should be noted that the mass over volume ratio (density) WILL be different among the concentration of 10% versus 20%, simply stated, there is more solute (material) in the 20% solution (Period). Now if collagen production can produce the off-set of desired Girth in the next 3 weeks I'll let everyone know, I don't think anyone can predict if the microfibril matrix will produce significant results or not, it probably varies from patient to patient. We don't even know if factors like diet, or supplements encourage collagen, the knowledge out there is like wishing upon a star. I do remember years ago I was in my first anatomy lab and everyone was measuring the same object in (cm) and nearly 80% of the class produced different numbers! When the sample value was 20cm in length, there was a deviation of +/- 2cm. I would give credit that most folks are familar with using a ruler, especially our crowd, but their is that small margin of error. Currently Round 2, can be offered with the originally prescribed 20% concentration. This gives me and other patients something to look forward too. But if i knew differently, than what i know today, I think you guys would know what Coolhand would have advocated for. Respectable, cautious Physicians don't typically guarantee something, unless a part of their clinical judgement/personality says other-wise and they feel comfortable doing so.

Sorry, Stillwantmore. I wrote that mesage fast and didnt say what I intented to say. I wanted to say that silicone-enhancements do create, most of the time, a horrible penis, not that a bigger penis will look terrible. But this is not a thread about silicone, so we can discuss that later. But you are right, a thicker penis does indeed look great if the enhancement is done naturally or properly.

I'm in Hoddle's camp with this kind of thing. You stand at a whopping 7x6, which would be envious even in the world of porn! You have managed to obtain your size with out permanent injury from manual PE, and you are really one of the lucky few. If it is a spouse you are eager to entertain, then consult with him/her. If it is for sheer vanity, I express caution (but not criticism). Your Ben Franklin approach will serve you well in the end. Good luck!

I have to admit, the more I read about PMMA the more I am becoming intrigued. I have been a "non surgical" guy for the longest time. I don't really consider PMMA "surgery" though. More of an injection protocol of sorts. Never had a problem with needles, but that's another story. I'm reading ALL the content I can and so far, I'm pleasantly surprised at the almost non existent (again, so far) negative feedback about this procedure. I'm nowhere near ready to "pull the trigger" and consider myself still "curious" and in the process of learning all I can. So far, I'm taking the classic, "Ben Franklin" approach. Weighing the "pros vs. cons" and so far, the "pros" are winning. I have been into manual PE of various types off and on for around 12 years now. I have gone from a very average 5" non bone pressed erect length and 5" of shaft girth erect to my current 7" of non bone pressed erect length and a little over 6" of shaft girth erect. I'm more than happy with my length, but I still want more (pun intended) shaft girth. Ideally, another inch. I do not know though, how much more time I really want to invest to get that next inch in girth...nor how much darker I want my penis to get, as girth techniques cause darkening.

I am wondering a few things though. What sort of result can I expect from one session? Should I go ahead and plan to expect at least two sessions? I've gotten a little chubbier over the years and do intend to trim back down. What if I lose "fat pad" near the base of my erection....will I have a "gap" that will develop after getting PMMA done that will require yet another corrective session to fill in? Are there other "PE guys" who have had this procedure done? I ask the last question because, I am wondering if having this type of procedure done will have to potential to lighten up my penis some....seeing as how it will no doubt, stretch out the skin and probably cause some dissipation per se of the darkened appearance my penis has developed.

In my opinion you'd be crazy to risk any type of PE procedure given your dimensions. In my opinion this procedure shouldn't be considered an option for anyone with above average Girth for at least another 5 years. This isn't ready to go mainstream yet and it concerns me that so many big guys are happy to be guinea pigs. As someone who has suffered with self esteem issue's due to penis size, I can understand why so many under average guys are prepared to roll the dice. But as someone who has also suffered the trauma of a poor PE procedure, I think until we know more about the longer term results (not medical studies, but real world phalloboard members), this procedure should remain the domain of the under average guys, who find their lives negatively effected by the size concerns. I think it's all about risk reward. The rewards are far greater for some guys than others and thus more reason to take the risk (no matter how small.)

Potential outcome after one round is usually estimated at +/- 0.7", which was especially true for the 20%. Depending on your goals, anywhere from 0.1" to 0.7" is achievable after a first round (and the 2nd round usually being touch-up). Note, the actual outcome (in size) cannot be guaranteed by the doctor.
