Hello ~ I just wanted everyone to know that I was scheduled for Elist's Penuma procedure on June 7th. I was super excited for it, searching all over the web for reviews and information about how to deal post operation and then stumbled on this forum. I'm so glad I did ... I'm pretty freaked out to be honest. Really scared and kind of in disbelief ... I'm sorry for everyone who had such a horror story experience with this. I just sent an email to Cole requesting to cancel the procedure. Was this the right thing to do? I had already paid for the procedure in full. ? I really hope I can get my 20k back ... Like is it for real that everyone had horrific experiences with this surgery. All the other reviews seem so good ... (yes I realize now that they must have been paid or fake) ... it all seemed I guess too good to be true, and I feel like I'm waking up from a fog about this fantasy of having a bigger Dick ... Anyways, any comments on this would be great ... I really hope I get this money back, fuck it's a lot!!! People who had positive results? Negative? Long Term results? Thanks for your time.

Dr Morganstern is in Atlanta and he does Ellanse. It lasts 3-4 years. A good idea for you might be to get Ellanse and during that time follow the progress of some Elist patients. If by the time the Ellanse absorbs the Elist patients are all doing well, then it's something you should consider. However, I bet my left nut that all you'll find, when following up on the progress of Elist patients, is a trail of devastation or silence. You wont find many or any guys, 4 years post op, singing the praises of their implant.

My implant lasted almost one year before it detached and became infected. It's been a hard recovery to say the least.

Don't listen to anyone who has had the implant for less than a few years at least. This is marketed as a permanent enlargement procedure, so you need to find plenty of evidence that it really is going to last a life time, as given it's a solid, foreign body material, we know for a 100% fact that a capsule of scar tissue will form around it. I've been following the progress of Elist implant patients for over a decade and so far I think 100% of them have had the implant removed and have had to deal with that capsule of scar tissue.

If I were you I'd want to see at least 30 success stories, over an extended period of time, for every one failure, before even considering this procedure. The accounts of guys who say they have had the implant for several months, or even a couple of years, have close to zero value to be honest, as if ever it needs removing it's going to cause major problems, hence you need to know it can be expected to last for the rest if your life.

I've had great results so far. I had the implant with a pubic lift performed at the same time. Definitely is a big decision to make. I posted some of my pictures on here of the before and after results. I too was scared out of my mind when I read some of these stories. It is a more invasive surgery than just injecting fat or PMMA in to your Dick. Even those procedures have their own issues. It does work for some of us on this forum. Good luck to you. Thanks for the input everyone, I emailed Cole today and bailed on the Implant, it's just wayyyyyyy too intense after all the crazy shit and pictures I've seen on here. Also the fact that he is being investigated now as well isn't encouraging to say the least ... So what is another alternative? I guess it's back to square 1, which sucks because I was looking forward to some sort of enhancement, and now that I have the notion in my head I still want to go through with something ... but there is so much out there I don't know where to start... Ellanase? And who is an actually legit doctor that doesn't raise all kinds of crazy concerns like Elist?

PMMA. Dr. C at Avanti Derma seems to be the best option towards enhancing your Girth. PMMA is permanent but they do have the best results from what I've seen on their website and on here as well. Once I've raked in enough money and dropped more weight then I'll be more than likely getting my procedure done by them as well!!

I had mine done on April 8th. Would have been last fall, but I got freaked out by this site. I did my research on other procedures and ended up settling on the implant. Glad that I went with it. Don't let someone else try and make the decision for you. Read, research, and do some consultations before you decide on something. Ask the Doctors all the questions you can think of. In the end they are the ones that went to school for a decade to be experts on penises.

Don't do it !!! Period I wish I had seen these posts before the catastrophic procedure in 2015, I had the implant removed 2 months after insertion
With devastating consequences, I have had 5 reconstructive surgeries with final result in 3.5 inches shorter that my normal and severe back curvature
making sex very difficult also turned penis on it's axis clockwise, it's even difficult to urinate I spray.. don't have a straight stream , I've spent thousands of dollars in surgeries and travel my health deteriorated from being super fit and having a 6 pack to overweight because can't workout after surgery , the mental depression has been horrible , thank God for an understanding girlfriend.

He has been taken t the California Board of Medical Examiners and got away with a slap on hand, Attorneys won't sue him because it's too costly and he makes you sign a lot of waivers. So we're literally screwed, Only thing we can do is prevent other clueless men like me to keep going to him, even his staff
