By the way, I wrote to dr Kurbatov from Moscow, he confirmed he have possibility to do
PMMA injections (Powerfill - did someone heard about that brand?)
He estimates filler consumption level like 2-3 packs on average size penis. Total costs of operation roughly about 2000€ (analyses and hospital not included).
