So I’m booked in May for Ellanse at Avanti. What’s a good punch list of items to bring? I’ve read a lot of confusing and contradictory advice on after care. Stretch or don’t stretch? Hanging? Heat pads? I went ahead and ordered an autoextender because keeping extended while the filler sets seemed to make sense, but I’m still a little fuzzy on what the after care regimen should be. I plan to stay 3 days after the procedure before flying home.

Which extender did you get?

The Autoextender. Saw it recommended in another thread, it fits on the glans only looks like a pretty good design.

Texas post a great aftercare routine. I believe it's in the pinned post on top. At avanti they'll give you a noose Hanger and wraps. The biggest thing to focus on in your aftercare is keeping it elongated to prevent Turtling and massaging everything. Into place while it is malleable. Don't use any device that grips the shaft itself for example Bib's Hanger. If using a Hanger use one that grips right behind the glans. Also I know texas was big on them and after reading some of his stuff I purchased some. Sleeves. I know he's referenced autoxleeve before

So is it advisable to use sleeves, autoextender devices, etc that is not provided by Avanti? Shouldn’t the noose they provide and massage instructions be sufficient?

Are you saying use the autoxleeve instead of wrapping?

Girther and BigGym, the noose Hanger Avanti gives you can get uncomfortable. If you get an Erection, you have to take it off. And when you're looking at your swollen Dick after the procedure, believe me, you'll get turned on thinking of it being inside a vagina. It can pinch and irritate your glans like you've never felt before. But sometimes it's better to use. The noose stays on better than a sleeve on your glans and I switch back and forth between the two while I'm in the hotel. But when I'm walking around and flying on the plane, I use an autoxleeve on my glans. You put the plastic bell looking thing on the other end of the sleeve and that attaches to the leg strap which you put just below the knee. The problem with this for me is when I get turned on I usually precum. Getting an Erection and precumming will lubricate the sleeve and cause it to fall off. Other than that it stays on decently. Use the smallest sleeve they have for your glans. If you try wrapping yourself, you're playing a losing game in my opinion. You have to allow for an Erection while also not fucking up the placement of the filler.

You want to try wearing an ADS for 6 weeks after the procedure. You don't want to wear a noose this long. You don't want to wear the noose while sitting at your desk job or walking around doing something else. it slipping off can be a pain but it's better than wearing the noose all day. There are times when you will want to wear just the noose. But I'd invest in something else. Again, buy the smallest sleeves they have for your glans. Try some out now so you're not doing it for the first time in Tijuana.

In all honesty, you're swollen so much after the procedure it's real hard to know where the product is so massaging is mostly a guessing game. I would just keep it from retracting and hope for the best. You're advised not to wear anything while sleeping so that you can get a full night Erection. But I don't see how wearing a sleeve on your glans, which allows for a full Erection, will impede this. I'm going to wear a sleeve on my glans while sleeping after my next round.

Keep in mind your Dick won't look the same. It won't be as smooth and there will be unevenness. But when you make a girl cum harder than she ever has you won't care and neither will her if she even notices.

Pretty much exactly what hyperbol said. To answer yes you can make do with the provided Hanger while you're there. But it can get uncomfortable after awhile. The provided Hanger is just basically an elastic band going through a weight. It can start rubbing raw after awhile. I took and placed gauze or tissue between the band and my skin it helped. But the sleeve is much more comfortable. You can get them with different thicknesses. You may also want to look into an LG Hanger but I would wait until post op bc they ask for your measurements to manufactur one for you. The key takeaway from all of this though no matter how you go about it. Avoid Turtling, massage it, listen to Ian during post op and ask anything you feel is relevant. When you go through the forums it may seem like we make it complicated or something to stress over. I promise you it's not. Just relax, follow Ian's instructions, don't panic afterwards bc it will be bruised. Chill in your room watch TV take it easy and use your common sense and you'll be fine. Obviously you would want to avoid tight constricting clothing like blue jeans, don't sleep on your stomach, and ask any questions that pop up. Which xleeve do you use the hard or soft? I’m guessing the large soft would be best?

Well you guys got me looking for a sleeve now. How are you guys wearing it? @Hyperbol , you mention you wear it “on your glans”, and I’m trying to picture it. So the sleeve isn’t on your shaft at all? When I think of wearing a sleeve, I picture the sleeve along the whole shaft, with just the glans poking out. Is that not the correct way?

I have an LG Hanger, and was considering using it as an ADS, by not pulling any vacuum in the chamber, and using an extra long sleeve that covers the whole shaft. Any of you tried that, or see any problems I may run into with this setup?

I would get the soft sleeve, the smallest diameter. The sleeve sort of grips and suctions on to your glans. No, you don't want it on your shaft. you put the stealth cap on the other end and the ADS leg strap attaches to that.
