Day 19: Erection quality definitely plays a role in size right now. I popped 1/4 viagra that I got in TJ so I could get rock solid and try to work this damn ridge out. Here is a before and after. The ridge under my glans is pretty pronounced. I can’t get it to go away. Some have said they had this and it eventually goes away. If anyone can speak on this please do.

Day 26: this ridge I have is pretty bad. I sent pics to Ian for guidance. It doesn’t move feels like a splinter in there. It gets irritated and sensitive rubbing around. I like can’t get a good pic to show what I’m seeing. I do have a little wave on my right side. Been there since day 1 could never get the filler to stay put there. Size hasn’t changed. I mentioned earlier I was concerned with my glans being 1/3 of my length and hoped to not have a big void under them. Sadly I have the void so my enhanced length is only 1/2 or 3”. I will say it tapers pretty nicely though. Sex has been interesting. I still have not gone hard with it though. It makes my wife’s vagina feel tighter to me but I can still slide right in no problem. Valentine’s Day I’m looking forward to letting loose!

First 12 days nonstop then as I mentioned went on a trip for a few days. Came back wore it as most of day through week 3.

Congrats on the gain. I too have the same issue after my 1st round. Someone on here coined it as the "shelf area" and unfortunately, there's no way to properly address it than to have corrective Circumcision surgery from what I've read. You can try adding more filler there, but I've read too many stories on here about the greater risk of nodules there. Mines isn't too pronounced when Erect, but it's definitely a pig in a blanket when Flaccid (also because of retraction).

5 week update: I believe I lost 1/8-1/4”. I hope it comes back because I was very happy and so was the wife. I can’t tell you how much more sensitive it is for me with new pressure I have not felt in a very long time. I definitely will be getting a second round to hit my goal and improve esthetics. I’m debating Rupeka this time because i want to go above the scar. The second reason comes down to product difference. With linea safe there is a benefit of more for the money and quicker setup. I was so swollen it was impossible to figure out how the filler would settle. Bellafill seems to stay out and takes longer to setup so a urowrap island some massaging is all you need. I will definitely finish with Bellafill but I’m not sure if I want to make that round 2 or 3. My goal iremains at 6.85

Roughly 90 days post procedure update. I could not be happier with my results. I have the unevenness but that is really the only complaint. Sex is much improved for me. No way anyone could tell I had this done. I will be looking to get round 2 soon. Still don’t know who I will go to.

Would you say your ridge became a little less defined and more subtle over the course of time? Just reading your posts it seemed like initially you were concerned about the ridge but then on your 3 month update make no mention of it and are completely happy.

The ridge is definitely permanent however it’s not bothersome anymore. I can feel it with my finger but it has been surrounded by tissue so it’s no longer pronounced. When flacid that spot is a bit swollen compared to the rest. No more sensitivity in that spot.

Just about everything you think is going to be a hard end of the world botchery ends up softening, I've found. I don't know if it's because a super hard collagen forms first followed by a softer one, or what. But it'll be pretty crazy the things you end up forgetting about altogether a few months post procedure. Had mine in July 24 and the entry point i was worried about is a non-issue, the one i thought was a non-issue sorta looks like a slight bump. Spots that are low become more evident, too, this is where you go from thinking you're good with 1 round, to having the internal debate of "do i just want to get this low point filled in, or should i throw in some extra size while we're at it"

I have another round in me because I love how i looked when i was swollen to 7", and i have a low point about an Inch from the base.
But that aint happening until the stock market does...something other than what it's doing. When I regain the 10% I've lost, I'm due some more Dick work...

Ok I’m 4 months post op now so here is my final stats and a pic. Started at 5-9/16 eg. now I’m at 6-1/16. Total gain 1/2”. I really want to be back where I was in the last pic so round 2 will def happen.

I second Dickwhitman on this one, your unit is so naturally aesthetic, from that (last) picture alone I couldn't tell enhancement was done. This is coming from a guy who has seen more enhanced photos of penises than anyone on the web I'd be willing to wager But seriously, take your winnings, you hit the glorified 6" Club, and go make use of it now!
