TOPIC: First round PMMA at AD 1/6/25

I’ve been watching this procedure for 15 years waiting for enough long term results and the right moment. Finally that time has come! I had Voluma 3 years ago and it was a waste of money IMO. Everyone here has a different reason why they want to be bigger so I’ll share mine. I have had sex with many women when I was young and size was never an issue. I felt I was in the normal range. Everyone knew in high school who was “Big”. I have a few monsters in my family but that gene skipped me. I knew girls that complained about them and some that were size queens. I think women's vagina size varies as much as penis size does. I ended up in a long term relationship with girl who was really tight to me and the problem was she was dry all the time. I had to use lube frequently or I would end up rubbed raw. After we broke up I had a few more partners that were all different. Nobody came close to being as small. I’ve been married now for almost 20 years. The first time we had sex I was amazed how wet she would get. My shape was a perfect fit to get her g spot and we would literally soak the bed. We had to put sacrificial blankets down. She made a huge mistake in the beginning asking me if I can feel anything. To me that was her saying she couldn’t feel it. The biggest thing on my mind is the blend. Ive gone through pretty much every post on here. It seems to me half 10 half 30 up to a 2-1 ratio of 30/20 seems to give the best results. Another thing I’ve noticed is how glan length can change esthetics. Some people are only 1” so they have more shaft length percentage. Mine is almost 2” so I’m 1/3 glans 2/3 shaft. I have a large cliff at the top of my glans so I think filling it in will make for a smooth transition. I will provide updates with before and after pics.

Since setting up my appointment I have been reading through years of progress reports here >500 comments at least. It seems to me that the majority of people with Ellanse feel like their results are very natural looking, feeling and not likely detected by women. People with PMMA say the opposite but don’t care. Since nobody has both, it’s impossible to compare but this is my observation. I understand nobody really knows how long to expect gains to stay with Ellanse and what happens once they do. From a financial perspective, if you could get the same increase in size and the shape you want with 1 rnd of Ellanse vs 2 rnds of PMMA then it’s much cheaper almost 1/2 price. If it’s more natural looking and feeling then the only downside is the unknown 6+ years down the road along with a little more pain and making sure it doesn’t migrate out of the shaft. I’m having a hard time now wondering if I should switch from PMMA to Ellanse. I’m a week out from my procedure and almost wish I would have not gone down this rabbit hole but it’s too late.

Is the Anavar and Penimaster Pro necessary for recovery? I tried to order the Penimaster belt system a few days ago but got informed of a shipment delay and it's now too late for me to get in time for the procedure. Guess that's mostly on me, but I'm a little worried for the aftercare now. You think I should be worried?

I would defer to others with more experience having multiple visits to answer this question. From my own research on collagen production, I believe this to be true. Most “collagen supplements” do nothing. Balancing minerals in your body is key. Each one affects the other like zinc, vitamin C, Copper. Anavar is one of the most counterfeited steroids and difficult to get. Depending on your country it could be a controlled substance. Red light therapy is proven in clinical studies to improve collagen production. Too much of it will not work so follow the instructions. I got the penimaster which was also delayed, to ensure I could have a comfortable stretching device. Some complain about the noose. I also would like to attempt gaining a little length and it was on sale for Christmas. How much any of our efforts to improve post procedure care works is debatable. Our body is gonna do what it does. I’m willing to try everything in my power to get the best outcome possible. I come here for support and evidenced based results but I do a ton of research reading peer reviewed studies. This is one of the best documents I’ve read describing what happens with each filler.

Interesting article, kinda confirms AD's marketing with PMMA inducing a more permanent collegen production while Ellanse will *eventually* re-absorb. Though I've heard 2 years from AD themselves.

Regardless, I bought the zenhanger ADS and getting it delivered in a couple of days. Hoping it doesn't look too obvious under dark khakis. I've had a red light emitter for a while since I got my pump. Will bring my supplement stack with me and we'll see how we feel during the trip. I'm hoping others can atleast comment their experiences though I might have to resort to DMing people, which isn't so fun :shrug:

2 days out getting very excited. Went through most of the progress reports again. I came across one addressing the gap some get below glans. It was mentioned the Circumcision high vs low cut and which is better. Now I can’t find it but I seem to have a high and tight cut. Like I mentioned earlier having 2” of glans length means I only have 4” of shaft. If I end up with a gap then I could end up with only 3” of enhanced length. I really hope I can get some filler up to the glans. I received my penimaster pro yesterday and it’s pretty comfortable but due to my glan size I’m having some trouble with it. I will most likely not use it until I return home and after the PMMA sets up. Here is a pic of me and the extension we use once in a while.

I’m about 6 hrs post procedure. 15cc-30%, 7-10%. I had injection points leaking when the wrap came off. Went over aftercare with Ian and wrapped it back up for 2 more hrs. Again 4 holes leaking. Decided to manually compress them while Hanging because the wrap was leaving indentions. Lots of discoloration/bruising. Need these to close so I can shower and use heat to shape. I was able to get an Erection and really see irregularities. Overall not too bad and Size Erect was impressive. I know wait 6 weeks to see results that’s why I don’t have a tape measure. I go back in the morning for follow up with IPL, RLT and shape correcting. Will be monitoring but probably won’t post until a significant change happens.

Back home now 56 hrs post procedure time to update. Day 2 I went back for shaping and RLT. Holes were not closed so no IPL. This morning IPL and 1 final shaping with a wrap for the trip home. I was on top of my post care routine! Only slept like 3-4 hrs in 2 days. The ball Hanger they give you is great but I need more to stop the bunching at glans. My penimaster worked well to allow space to flatten the glans. Today the redness and swelling is much better. Measured for the first time 6.5” Girth. I have the same issue as others with the tight base. Hard work moving filler down and it won’t stay. Here are some pics along the way. The measured one is from a few minutes ago.

I guess I forgot to put that lol. I lost some length from when I was younger so I hope to get that back with stretching and weight loss.
Starting stats
NBPEL 6”
EG 5.5”. Pretty uniform a bit less in the base and under glans.
I’m sitting at my goal now but the base is lacking a bit. Curious to see day 7 after more swelling goes down. Seems like most people settle at that point then lose and regain back to week 1-2 measurements.

Day 5: lost some yesterday and now sitting at 6.25” EG. With the swelling down the ball Hanger finally allows full stretch. I’m measuring 5.5” FL. I was at 4” prior to this. I can feel grains above the circ scar. I tried to heat them up and rub but no change. I use aquaphor all over. It helps healing the skin and is really helpful where the noose sits. I hope this is the low point but who knows.

Day 7: Some mild soreness around scar and sides of shaft along with tingling which others have reported. Not sure if this is from Hanging or injections. Lost a bit more looks like 6-1/8 mseg. I can see my veins again everything looks very natural. The fluid around scar is pretty much gone now. I’m glad I took daily measurements to see what each size would look like on me. It’s also good for others to know what to expect. My hope is that from here I build back up.

I massaged all night first 3. Set my alarm for 1 hr each time I finished. I moved the mattresses so I could sleep face down and hang through the crack. I would massage flacid and erect on my back so fluid could escape down. When I got home massaged every 3 hrs. Now I’m just doing it 2x a day but nothing really there. I’m using my red light therapy device every other day. Here is a pic from today (day 10) 80% erection. Waiting for some collagen to build! Been holding same size since day 6. Pro tip: chap stick is a great tool for rolling. Wish I had learned earlier. You can see it in the floor in this pic lol.

Day 16: came home last night from a weekend out of town. I was unable to wear the ball Hanger and ended up with a hard ridge on left side below glans. Been trying to heat and massage out. I also broke down and had sex. It was a quickly with very little movement. As soon as it went in the pressure was so intense I couldn’t hold it. Plus I told my wife I couldn’t fuck for a few more weeks but slow and easy would be ok. So after about 30 seconds she got on top and got hers with the quickness then I finished. No harm done no swelling. I’m pretty sure it made a difference to her but she won’t admit it. Either way size hasn’t changed still sitting at 6-1/4”. Things are not as uniform as the last pic though so I’m curious to see what happens in a few weeks
