TOPIC: underwhelming result with HA

I got my initial 15mls of the Androfill HA 2 months ago and recently went in 2 weeks ago for a 4ml top up to even out the results and add to a couple of spots. I have had a total of 19ml over two sessions now and i just measured the final results. BPEL: 6.85-7" with the blue pill. EG: 5.1" at 100% Erection i was previously 4.75". So a total of .35" gain in Erect Girth and Flaccid Girth only around 0.25" gain. Is this a bit underwhelming for the amount of filler or am i just being greedy thinking it would be nearer the 05-0.75" gain. I dont know if i am just one of those people that absorb it quickly but the gains have really dissipated the last couple of weeks.

I mainly got it for the locker room as i play a lot of sports and well it kinda just looks like it did before so im still dreading it to be honest.

What brand and product line was it specifically?

It was 15ml of Androfill premium and then 4ml of the ultra deep. I regret not opting for the voluma now.

I'll be frank, your gains are modest, and people take for granted what even a 0.25" increase is like in circumference (with respect to volume and thickness/width). The reality is that Androfill has become increasingly conservative with their volumes, something you see with provides like PhalloFILL as it tends to provide better overall aesthetic results over time (think of it as incrementally laying tiles so that they align evenly, instead of rushing a project and having a floor with asymmetries everywhere).

What's most notable in your circumstance is that you have a long shaft (7 inchers and above require more product to yield more Girth), so hearing a 0.35" gain based on 19 mL's is on the lower end, but not entirely surprising (especially if you may have seen some early loss to dissipation, which is uncommon but possible).

Given your length, you may see this being a marathon and not a race. Also, be sure to supplement yourself with hydration and nutrients, and avoid tanning beds. Hope that helps.

Hey thanks, i figured it must be dissipation because after 2-3 weeks i was pretty happy with the overall gains and it seemed to have settled, it wasn't until i resumed regular sexual activity that it started to dissipate. Maybe i should have left it a little bit longer before resuming any extracurriculars. A gain is a gain i guess though and hopefully the remainder stays around for a while now!

While the adherence, mode, vascularization, and absorbance mechanisms are entirely different, consider that like a fat transfer/bbl, only a percentage that is variable person to person is going to “take”. Further fills will take a different rates and longevity, Even with fast absorbers I haven’t read yet that it all disappeared , I’ve heard 30-40% loss which means 60-70 % retention , which if we were discussing fat transfer would be a tremendous result.

I’m still going PMMA when I can find the time, but I will continue to do HA until then as my travel time for HA is 4 hours round trip driving with no down time from a work perspective.

Just an update and i am pretty much back to original size now give or take a minimal amount. Penis no longer has any of the squishy HA feel i had and it rock hard again when Erect. There is some firmness near the base which will be the ultradeep i got a few weeks ago, but as far as the initial 15ml of androfills HA i dont think i have retained almost anything and measurement wise its similar to initial measurements both Flaccid and Erect. Pretty disappointing as it cost a good chunk of money to get done for what was a couple of months of gains.

Definitely regret not going for the voluma, i had planned to get it initially but got convinced by the extra few mls of their premium filler they offered for the same price. Not sure if i'll bother again in future this has left me kind of sour on HA fillers and im not rolling in $$ to keep on getting top ups every few months. Maybe Ellanse when i have the cash, we'll see.

I am booked in at Manchester with James Kimilu in June for my first session of HA. Has anybody had any experience with this clinic/doctor? What can I expect to gain with 10ml? I am 5" NBPEL and 4" Girth. Thanks

I wouldn't regret it. If you feel regret that probably means you're more happy with a filler which to me indicates you're probably a candidate for a permanent/long lasting filler.

I heard he's a really good injector tbh. I would choose Volux HA filler as I've heard it's the most firm type of HA filler.

So I took the plunge and went for my HA with Dr Kimilu in Manchester. I opted for 15ml of Perthecta subskin which Dr Kimilu recommended to me over the others. I had it done 4 days ago and so far most of the bruising has disappeared although still a bit tender. Post procedure moulding I have been doing a couple of times a day but in all honesty it's very difficult to do with having to press hard on the bruised bits - it hurts like gell. The way he has injected means it's fairly even anyway and I am more than happy with the result so far. Previous Girth was 10cm Erect and now measuring 12.5cm Erect which is a real difference to me. Early days but quite honestly I feel like a new person. Just wish I had done it years ago.

You got a test drive, did you like it? If so, go to PMMA , yes it cost a chunk of change, and yes PMMA will be as expensive, but all gains will be perm ( now that you know you like it). I will be going PMMA as time permits .
