Do you have any updated pictures of what it looks like at that size? I'm also curious as to how it looks with the donuts injecting on the underside.

I finally think I have a game plan. Go to AD for a couple sessions then hit up Rupeka to do the underside.

I m also very curious how your underside looks. I think its a nice game changer for heterosexual men. Lifts your dick up - in direction g spot and supports pressure.

Vertical girth is way more important than horizontal girth in hetero men.


Also a Pmma-specific fact: The initial / first session is always the one with the most gain. Way more gain than the following sessions where they put more filler ontop of the already existing filler. ( I hope others can confirm this ?? )

So when someone does the underside, injecting in the „pmma-virgin“ skin, you do like a new first session.

I would recommend to do > 2 conservative sessions OnTop & 2 conservative sessions Underside
instead of Multiple Sessions OnTop and one session underside

This new Underside Option is a brilliant new way to achieve much more natural results by working upperside + underside BUT very conservative.

For example 0.5 inch OnTop + 0.5 inch Underside

( 0.5 inch was often said by @Skeptical_One is the sweet spot of a conservative gain )

I feel like the first 3 days it’s still maleable. Then it starts to set pretty quickly after. However, if you have a restriction for a period of time, it will definitely migrate. For example, a dick sock or wrap too tight, sit too long and blue jeans crease presses on the same spot for an extended period of time, etc, you will see an indentation. That happened to me a few times and I had a attack, LOL, but I was able to massage it normal again. Even as far out as 10 days.

I really didn't change up my aftercare routine. If anything, I did way less stretching. With the amount and type of product, retraction mostly went away. In fact, I'm now 7" erect length. Rupeka was very clear that length gains with filler are not promoted to be a benefit, but he did hypothesis the gain may have come due to the sheer weight of my penis stretching the tissues/ligaments. Basically, my penis IS the stretcher due to its weight/mass. To be clear, he did not say this is what happened, he was merely speculating. It makes sense though because I 100% feel the weight of my penis. Especially working out and running, etc. As well, my wife often comments on the weight of it. She's noted that "its heavy" and "it looks heavy".

If you want to make a fortune, you should research and patent a sports bra for the Dick. Because I could see you having the same problems working out as a woman with giant cans.

Apologies for the delay in replies

It did! Got very close, I'm roughly 6.7" girth now at midshaft
There is a divot on the left side closer to the head/circ scar, feels like no filler is there, like it migrated elsewhere
He also gave me filler underneath as well, overall it looks very good imo

I'm considering getting a larger touch-up next week, 10CCs. Get that area fixed and just a little thicker overall. Should end up right at 7" or just over I would imagine.
I'm bouncing back and forth between 10 or 12 more CCs

The touch-up next week would be roughly 7 weeks from my previous 15CCs. The Dr. said usually would wait a bit more, but that 5 weeks is the minimum time between injections, so should be OK

I'm a little afraid 10-12ccs more may be too much, considering I gained almost a half-Inch with 15cc last time. But I've also heard that you gain less the following round since you're starting larger, not sure though..

Or should I say fuck it and add 3 more ccs and get another 15??
I'm nervous since the procedure is next Tuesday. Even though I've done it already, it's always a bit nerve racking.

I just don't want to "overdo" it. My Cock looks great right now at ~7" EL and 6.7" EG
but I really do want to hit 7" EG, and I don't think going slightly over is bad

In your case I would not risk any esthetic consequences with „overdo“ it.

I would only do a conservative session (less cc) on the underside (what Rupeka does) - here you ll gain extra inch in feel - but you ll not risk your esthetics.

So when the vagina is eating you, she can tell there is more.

Since its never have been injected here, you ll gain similar like in a first session …

@PmmaFan Unfortunately (but also fortunately lol), he put some on the under side already during my last 15cc procedure. This next injection will be just shy of 7 weeks from the last one. I'm not sure how much was put there though.

I had a layer of alloderm placed inside months before my 15cc injection 7 weeks ago which helps a lot I think in aesthetics. It's not all PMMA

I'm still 0.25" from my original goal of 7"
