What is the use for that botox @SharkD ?

In case it is for stretching: I ll not do the botox since I ll use the regular stretcher/hangar:
- 4 weeks A LOT
- Till week 8 very often
- Till week 12 whenever its possible, but not so important

The point of the Botox is to decrease retraction or “shrinkage” which helps maintain shape.

Ah okay I understand. Since I work in home-office: I ll use many weeks my stretcher.

How many weeks you would recommend to use the stretcher?

For several weeks after your procedures. Some guys you them all the time to perpetually attempt length gains. I got too big to use my PeniMaster after round 4 so I went back to using the AD metal Balls on a noose. I modified it by doubling the Balls so I had two metal Balls on a noose. That worked well for me. The noose is smaller and hard to get the glans in but I got it to work.

Did you also massage in the night?

I massaged all the time as needed. In the morning during a hot shower. During the day taking a leak at the urinal. In the evening again in a hot shower. In bed at night. Massage as needed, but don't over massage to the extent you cause bruising. But you can massage as often as you think needed. I've used rollers, my hand, etc. Doctors should and will give you post procedural methods.

Yes sir. In fact, AD gives a script for generic Cialis for the purpose of reducing shrinkage and promoting erections, or at least good blood flow early in the healing and formation process.

I don't think AD does that anymore, they gave me generic FlowMax (prostate med) which has a similar effect (increases Flaccid hang)

Without any medication: If you have the time - the most easy is to watch the first 5 days porn + wear stretcher.

Now at my appointment with Dr Rupeka a week ago, he said: Its 10 years / „nobody really knows“. Also his newest webpage Youthology-penis.com - talks about 10 years.

Well, like you were alluding to, this third generation of Bellafill received it’s FDA approval after 5 years, so once a company gets that, it takes the product to market to start to recoup on their investment. PLLA achieved this after 2 years, so it has a 2 year FDA approval. I’m just going off of being the main provider trainer in the US for Bellafill, speaking to the scientists that are behind the product, and going off of patient’s experience with it. I have been operating a practice that has been almost exclusively injecting Bellafill for about 10 years and I continue to see my patients seeing the effects/results from it. So, when I talk about 10 years, that is just mostly through my personal experience and hearing from patients talking about getting PMMA injected over 10 years ago and still seeing the effects/results. I am not sure if there are any actual studies still ongoing with respect to PMMA effects past the FDA approval studies.

Would you say Circumcision is absolutely required for PMMA and what type ? Low, high or tight ?
