TOPIC: Issues with Hyaluronic acid in penis 40mL

I got 40mL of HA done in 10mL increments over about 5 weeks. I had my most recent injections done 2 days ago. I am a bit concerned because there appears to be a lot of fluid in the Foreskin region that my doctor said is oedema because it didn’t come out with hyaluronidase.

Also I had sex just before my last 2 injections and I had decreased sensation and it felt like it was harder to keep an Erection during sex though I had problems with that before.

Is it normal and will it just need some time to get the sensation back? And do I need to get the fluid removed somehow at the top of my Foreskin? Because it is making it a bit hard to pull the Foreskin all the way down when Erect

Also I’ve noticed the base is half an Inch thicker than the mid shaft. I’ve been moulding it and trying to get fluid up but I can’t seem to do it. Is this an issue ?

Those are pretty rapid fills. And that's coming from a guy who's done it every three weeks at certain points...

You're also uncircumcised which can cause some placement issues with more volume. It could be some edema. Perhaps caused by pressure from the filler? I don't know.

Ok after researching I’m almost certain it’s penile oedema

How can I reduce the oedema at this stage?

And if sex isn’t working as it should because of the accordion effect (I think this is what happened last time. It felt strange) then should I get a Circumcision?

Have a look at the brochure for Avanti Derma, it's on one of the threads here, there's a picture of the "accordion effect" - you should be able to peg if this is you straight away.
Everything about this sounds too aggressive IMHO. I don't know the remedial action, an injector worth their salt should be able to answer best.

Dissolving isn't cheap either.

Just leave it alone for a week or two. Seriously.

Maybe a doc will chime in but you just may have some poor filler placement due to being uncircumcised. But I'd just leave it be for a little longer to calm down first.

It says on the brochure the fix is Circumcision.

Is that what I need to do now?

Just following up? I'm interested to see if anyone has any ideas on what the treatment for accordion effect is?

As suggested by @justn8 , leave it alone for a few days and wait for the associated edema to disappear. I would say one week.
Too much manipulation can prolong the recovery time.
After that, reassess, and since you had HA injected, you don't need to go for a circumcision. Instead, have your physician inject hyaluronidase to dissolve the product.
Should you decide to go for a microsphere-based filler after that, then consider a circumcision at least three months before the girth enhancement procedure.
