While there, there are lots of good places to eat. Feel free to walk around during the day and check it all out. There's a place nearby called Rokkakkei that's truly incredible. The quality and quantity of food you get there for the price is hard to beat.

thanks @newmember ! we actually been asked for recommendations to visit while you are at our beautiful hotel Grand Hotel, there are a lot nice and close places to walk in and visit for example:
***For food: (all next to the street)
*Torta Plaza: nice place to eat Mexican tortas, nice place too, also try Jamaica drink.
*Pizzeria Suprema: this place is insane! great pizza, made on stone oven, it just delicious take our word for it, plus try the meatball spaghetti.
*Cafe Cru: this nice coffee shop is elegant, great flavor.
*Plaza Paseo Chapultepec: this is a nice plaza, is a big plaza, restaurants, nice to walk, there is a movie theatre there (English movies are always available)

Re: Avantiderma appt. February 2024
2 years 5 months ago #1308715908and very knowledgeable. After the paper work was complete, Ian took me to the procedure room where I got undressed and was given a hospital gown. After taking before pictures, Ian had me sit down on the reclining chair that is used during the procedure. Dr. Morales then came into the room. Dr. Morales was super friendly, she drew my blood for the PRP. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the procedure, she explained the process and asked if I wanted ascetics or Girth. I am 57, married 20 years, I want more volume. As has been posted before, the procedure is pretty painless. The only pain I felt was a slight stinging sensation, I believe that was the PRP shot. That lasted a few seconds, really nothing at all. Dr.Morales again, explained what was happening throughout the procedure. Ian was by my side the entire time, asking frequently if I was okay. The procedure was pretty quick, they are very experienced and it definitely shows. After the procedure, Dr.Morales explained how important the after care is and said Ian will walk me through the next couple of days, i went with the utmost package. Ian saw me later that day, and showed me how to wrap, and how to shape the PMMA. He instructed me to keep my penis stretched at all times, and to massage every hour. He scheduled me Tuesday morning and afternoon to check on me and make sure every thing was going well. He had to re shape things a little, eventhough my penis was swollen his technique was very tolerable. Today were my last 2 visits, the PMMA has already began to set, so manipulation was a bit harder, but again Ian made it tolerable. I leave tomorrow, and will return for round 2 sometime in April.
My experience with Ananti was excellent, from beginning to end. I can't thank them enough for such great service and confidence boost. Dr. Morales and Ian make a great team, if you are co sidering this procedure, I highly recommend Avanti. I will post before and after pics when I get home. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

In concrete terms, what would be the difference between choosing aesthetics or Girth? % of PMMA used? Risks of nodules?

I can answer this because I have personal familiarity with the implications of this decision.
When asked if you want a aesthetics, Dr. Morales is effectively saying "are you seeking an ENHANCEMENT that provides a measurable increase in circumference but avoids sacrificing natural aesthetics as best as possible? That despite it being a body modification, you want it to be as natural (a.k.a. undetectable) as possible. Now you would assume this is a no-brainer, but this implies LOW-to-MODEST volumes injected, fewer overall sessions, and a cap on the higher concentrations of PMMA (10% vs 30% Linnea Safe).
When asked if you want girth, Dr. Morales is effectively saying "are you seeking an ENLARGEMENT that emphasizes maximizing girth within reason, even if it means to lose some natural aesthetics (and that the patient fully understands this). I should point out that the "within reason" part is at the discretion of Dr. Morales, and Avanti Derma's overall philosophy has adamantly been against the creation of Frankenstein-wieners, or better put, a lumpy playdoh looking penis. I'd imagine 30% Linnea Safe is more common here.
The reason I bolded Enhancement and Enlargement is because that's how it was originally coined on the forum and by Avanti Derma, and I wish for it to remain that way. Enhancement vs Enlargement both signify an increase in size, whereas the former is a modest (or even conservative) approach, and the latter being the "go big or go home" attitude. Neither are the wrong decision, ALTHOUGH I will say men of longer endowments (6.5" NBPEL / 7" BPEL) can probably achieve both significant girth while maintaining good aesthetics (damn those lucky expletives
My recommendation is to opt for Aesthetics no matter your situation. Why? Well for one, follow-up visits for minor touch-ups that are like 99% inevitable 99% of the time, and this allows you to assess how much more you are comfortable in acquiring PMMA should you decide to lean toward more girth.
Furthermore, my additional recommendation (a strong one at that) is to set a main goal as it pertains to size and stick to it! Readily accessible girth in under an hour can be addicting, combine that with any underlying body dysmorphia and delusions-of-porn-star-grandeur, you can fall down a rabbit hole akin to women with lips so big you swore they ate a live bee hive.
This endeavor is to help improve self-confidence, self-image, and sexual prowess. When you are done with this project, you'll move on with life, don't be those stuck behind who dwell on having gone overboard and spend countless amount of hours and dollars correcting their compulsive mistakes.
